My experience at this place was all around a 10/10. The cakes were amazing and the girl at the front desk (Priscilla) was extremely helpful and professional and welcomed me with a warm smile and cheery voice, better than any other service employee I’ve ever experienced. And to the lady that had a problem with the front desk lady asking for your id, that’s standard procedure at most places just to verify your birthday so I think your life will be much happier and joyful if you stop thinking you’re under attack all the time 😊

Jasmine was amazing! She was so friendly and patient with my hundred questions! I was worried that I wouldnt be able to get a cake for my sons birthday that night. It was the best cake and he absolutely loved it! I will recommend this place and especially Jasmine to all of my friends!

Their cupcakes are too delicious 😋 !! If you’re on a strict diet, forget about this place lol! The customer service is also very good- was greeted from the door and all my questions were answered. My order was carefully packed and I also placed a larger order for a different date. Will highly recommend this location and other nothing Bundt cakes locations

So in love with their cakes! I've tried every flavor and they're always delicious. Staff is always friendly and fast and the best part is they're located next to a Starbucks so I can grab a mini cake and a Starbucks and have my two favorites for breakfast. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they only take cards which I find kind of annoying because I usually prefer to handle cash.

We ordered 1 Signature and 1 Feature Bundtinis to celebrate my niece and my nephews birthday and unanimously we didn’t like either selection. The flavor combinations were not tasty and the cakes were gummy.

What a pleasant cashier!! My husband's birthday is today and I did not bake him a cake. My son was going to but went swimming instead, so... while in the Home Depot parking lot... I see the word cake. I about broke my neck trying to see the name. Nothing Bundt Cakes. $60+ later... we have TWO cakes. I got a lemon for him and a white chocolate raspberry for the rest of us. Hope they are good!!! ?

A presentable little display small space but pretty things to engage in all except the petty staff attitudes. Customer service is key to any business, but this establishment clearly lacks the empathetic and humane emphasis on such professionalism. Simple online pick up order I entered wait and once assisted at some point the interaction was just rude and careless. I treat everyone with kindne, s especially if they're trying to or willing thelplp me. I Thanked the staff for their help all in one and to just be dismissed like you shouldn't be here anyways is super sad and unprofessional.
