I don't know if their food is authentic French or not since I have never been to France, however, I do not care because my meal was so good and some elements were new to me. I love to try new food! Parmesan mousse? Loved it! Crème brûlée French toast? Loved that too! The other items on my plate were perfectly done to my tastes as well. I had the French country breakfast for reference.
