Stopped in for dinner on a busy Saturday night and honestly I was blown away by how smooth everything went. The app completely messed up my order and even charged me without sending it to the store. Luckily the manager, Monte, stepped in right away. He was incredibly respectful and empathetic the whole time, making sure I didn’t feel brushed off or ignored. He personally helped me get in touch with Pizza Hut support and made sure I was taken care of. The food still came out fast and the pizza was one of the best I’ve had from Pizza Hut in a long time. I also want to thank the rest of the staff because I could tell they were working hard to keep up with the Saturday rush. Huge thanks to Monte and the team for turning what could’ve been a really frustrating situation into a genuinely positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This Pizza Hut is absolutely disgusting. I used to work there and the managers Jacob and Sarah would pick toppings out of the line with no gloves and eat it, I and multiple other employees witnessed the general manager drink on the job. I have videos of ranch being squirted onto a manager and getting all over the floor, floors were mopped with dirty water, dishes if they fell on the floor were put back, if toppings were forgotten, they would simply put them cold on top at the end. If wings were short, they were not corrected, just sent out and told “it’s fine”. They constantly purposely ignored phone calls, bc they didn’t feel like it. They have an emotional teenager as one of their managers 😭 just honestly recommending against this Pizza Hut, from personal experience.

The food and service are hit and miss. Sometimes they are very friendly, other times not so much. Sometimes the pizza and wings are perfect, but here lately not so much. A lot of times the wings are not tossed in the sauce. Looks like this just drizzled on there and sometimes they're very grisly and chewy. As far as the pizza used to be fresh hot full of toppings that you asked for the last couple times I've ordered from here The amount of toppings and freshness of the pizza have been subpar to say the least.

The worst pizza I've ever ordered. How about a little sauce on the card board your portraying as pizza. Three times we've ordered from here and each time it seems to get worse. Sorry I can't leave a decent review but if you fix your pizza I'll fix my post.
