One of the best Salata's I've been to. This was one of my favorite restaurants in Dallas and in Houston until the one near my house started butchering app orders and arguing with customers in person.
This was night and day from that, came in got my wrap and ate it. It was a normal Salata experience and very enjoyable. All drinks were good to go, atmosphere was good, lemon wedges were stocked.
No complaints! Thanks for making this a great experience.

This location is clean. The staff is somewhat friendly depending on the day you visit. The food is always fresh. I can't help but notice that lately they seem to be worried about what size portions they give you. When you're paying $10 to $12 for a salad (or more if you add extras) I don't understand why they won't give you an extra scoop of dressing. Or when you ask for a salad mix and then add a different mix, they pull out some of the original salad mixture you asked for. Definitely changed since Salata first opened years back. I will return but not during lunch from 12 to 1. There was no parking and I had to drive around for awhile to catch someone leaving. Other locations usually have plenty of parking.

The customer service from the employees and management are terrible. The worst I have encountered. Every single lady that was working there were extremely rude. My salad was great, but unfortunately I will not visit this location again since this was the second time I've experienced the poor customer service there.
Why the change? When Salata first started, they had a generous attitude. Since the pandemic, it’s difficult to get your salad served without feeling like I’m asking for more than they’re willing to serve. When I ask for olives I want more than four slices. And adding a pinch of Parmesan is stingy. Prices have increased dramatically but portions are reduced. Just not frequenting this franchise in all locations.

Fresh, fast, and delicious food. Staff followed hygiene guidelines and the location is well maintained. This is the best place to eat something healthy when on the go. Portion sizes are fair. The croissants are yummy. Love that you can make the salad your own and add tons of toppings.
