Dear Salata Management Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received during my visit on December 26, 2025. Unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one, and I left feeling rushed, uncomfortable, and very saddened by how I was treated as a customer. From the moment I was being assisted, it felt as though the staff was impatient and more focused on rushing customers through the line than providing courteous service. The gentleman working the line that evening was particularly rude, and the ladies assisting alongside him were also not polite or welcoming. Their attitude made it seem as though helping customers was an inconvenience rather than a priority. The only employee who showed patience, understanding, and professionalism was the cashier. The cashier even went above and beyond by multitasking and helping move the line along while still being respectful and kind. I truly appreciated their effort, as it stood in sharp contrast to the rest of the staff’s behavior. While I understand the importance of efficiency, it should never come at the cost of basic courtesy and respect. The line was already moving steadily, so there was no reason for customers to feel rushed or treated poorly. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity for additional training and improvement, as this experience did not reflect the level of service I expect from Salata. One of the best Salata's I've been to. This was one of my favorite restaurants in Dallas and in Houston until the one near my house started butchering app orders and arguing with customers in person.
This was night and day from that, came in got my wrap and ate it. It was a normal Salata experience and very enjoyable. All drinks were good to go, atmosphere was good, lemon wedges were stocked.
No complaints! Thanks for making this a great experience.
This location is clean. The staff is somewhat friendly depending on the day you visit. The food is always fresh. I can't help but notice that lately they seem to be worried about what size portions they give you. When you're paying $10 to $12 for a salad (or more if you add extras) I don't understand why they won't give you an extra scoop of dressing. Or when you ask for a salad mix and then add a different mix, they pull out some of the original salad mixture you asked for. Definitely changed since Salata first opened years back. I will return but not during lunch from 12 to 1. There was no parking and I had to drive around for awhile to catch someone leaving. Other locations usually have plenty of parking.

The location is super convenient, the food is always fresh and high-quality, and the vibe inside the restaurant is upbeat and welcoming. A huge shoutout to Ana, Augustina, and Edith—these ladies go above and beyond every time. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail make all the difference.
