We had a 215 person wedding at Boxwood Manor late May 2025 and Sierra Catering was able to get everyone through the buffet line in under 18 minutes! AND the food was fabulous! The service was next level!

Do not recommend this vendor!!
We used Sierra catering company for our wedding last June and were very disappointed. We had high hopes considering the tasting went so well but on the actual day of the wedding, we were very disappointed. I emailed Alex with a list of my concerns a couple days after the wedding and he never replied.

This was the best “wedding food” all of our guests RAVED, the next day we had a get together and everyone literally finished all of the food. We had zero left overs after that second day. We did a pork roll and chicken but our guests truly loved the roll as it was stuffed and just so so delicious, we knew it was going to blow everyone’s minds after our tasting we just had to have it.
