Everything was AMAZING! From the brisket grilled cheese to the fries (which are fire by the way!) To the sausage, potato salad and coleslaw. Everything was wonderful! We love it! Very good! On dates nights we hit up food trucks. Our original place was closes. Drove to this park. We said, if we feel like we don't belong then we will move onto the next. Pulled up in front of this truck and the lady was waving with both hands. We said to each other.. well that's very welcoming. And boy, it was the best ever. All because the hands waving!!! Food was absolutely amazing and tons of it!

WOW! So happy with this food! These guys know their meats! They offer different styles of brisket and they are ALL delicious! From wet to marbled to sliced or chopped. Go and try them all. So juicy and the taste/seasoning is awesome. Great BBQ sauce! Sausage was perfect and Mac and potato salad hits hard with all the meats! Do yourself a favor and go here!! Don’t forget to order the meat filled jalapeño popper! Wow! #TheRidge

This is by far the best deep-fried Brisket burrito I’ve ever had and I have not ever had a deep-fried burrito but I don’t want it anywhere else everything in it was so good, this deep fried brisket burrito should be sold at the rodeo that’s how good it is. The people are very nice that served me today. I’m sure they were the owners of this food truck and I recommend they talk to the rodeo and become a vendor at the rodeo because this burrito was amazing. The price was $9 and it was a big burrito full of brisket and I didn’t taste any fat in it. It was really good brisket. The queso is homemade, tasted amazing with The pinto beans and onions. I really enjoyed every bite thank y’all. I didn’t have time to take a picture. Take my word for it you’ll thank me later.
