When I walked in, everyone welcomed me, the customer service was great, and I felt very respected. I didn’t know what I wanted, so they recommended me the Banana Boat, and it was delicious. Thank you to the kind people who work here. We need more people like this working in establishments!

Just received my order from Uber and this is not the chocolate hulk this is vanilla and it is nasty. 10/23/2024 @ 17:50. Usually it’s good and they get it right but not tonight.
Update: the owner/management reached out and offered to reconcile the situation, he told me what happened and I appreciate the work put in to finding out what happened.

I was not able to get the PB drizzle I wanted due ingredients needed being “frozen”. The coconut bowl was too sweet and tasted like whipped cream. Also, the smoothie I ordered was not created with its original ingredients as I order the same order daily. The banana boat was extremely sweet.

This is by far the WORST smoothie king I’ve EVER been to. They “never” have anything! it makes no sense at all … the other smoothie king by grand central has a drive thru & they still manage to always have everything, so why is it that this smoothie king has nothing ?? They always seem like they never want to work for their money. I have no clue who runs this place , but from the looks of it , it’s probably a bunch of teens… and it’s always dirty in there and the employees are never welcoming.
You’re honestly better off making the smoothie at your house.

**Unethical Practices and Poor Customer Service**
I recently placed an order through the Uber Eats app for this establishment. Upon arrival, Manager Kelly informed me that they did not have the necessary ingredients to fulfill my order and advised me to seek a refund through Uber Eats. However, Uber Eats refused the refund, stating the order was marked as filled by the Manager.
When I called the establishment again, Kelly assured me she had contacted Uber Eats and that I would receive my refund. It has been 48 hours, and I have not received any refund. Additionally, my follow-up call to the store went unanswered, and my message was not returned.
Due to this experience, I will not be doing business with this establishment again. I hope this feedback helps improve their customer service and order handling in the future.
