Placed an online order. Checked in immediately after in the stall. Order was made at 3:25. I ordered 4 waters and 2 drinks with one side. By 3:31 when the order was supposed to be ready I rang them to make sure that they knew I was here. He said he would bring it out when it was ready. Mmmkay. 3:45 they bring the drinks out and leave. We see we are missing one. Have to call back. Get my final drink at 3:50. So 25 min to get drinks when people ordering food are leaving all around us.

Daniel at the 242 location is the best! Always super friendly and easy to talk to. I usually stop by on my way to work for a drink but have been sick recently so I hadn’t been by. I went this morning and Daniel noticed I’d been gone, asked me how I was feeling and wished me well soon.

Nasty food, burger was nasty, the fries were all the small fries and very greasy, the chicken empanadas are nasty no chicken all filler. I won't be coming back. I worked at sonic when I was younger. The food quality here is embarrassing. You can see how dirty the oil is on the sides of the fries box. How do you mess up a burger and fries?

Disgusting, greasy, rubbery hamburger patties here doesn't taste like real beef at all. Worst hamburger I've ever gotten from sonic. Just greasy and sloppy. I really hope all of the chains have not converted to this quality of food.
My experience here is never good, so I stopped coming and will just go to the Research location instead. I decided to give this location another try, but it was the same issues as always. They have the app turned off, so I couldn't use the app to order. When I used the speaker to order, the man was mumbling so quietly that I couldn't understand him. I finally place my order and am met with silence. After a minute, I asked if he got my order because I wasn't sure. He said to give him a minute, so I waited. A few minutes later, they walked out with my drink. I never got confirmation or price of my order. I wasn't allowed to pay at the stall. Instead, he took my card inside to run it, which I hated. The whole reason I prefer the app is to keep my payment secure. Overall, I would suggest driving 3 minutes to a different location.

A bit busy, so I think the kids working were a little overwhelmed. Took quite a while to get two drinks, but they were tasty when we got them. The stalls at this location are very, very narrow, so if you drive a truck, watch your side mirrors.
