If you want a disgusting watered down coffee, this is the place for you. I stopped coming to this location because my coffee was just ice and no flavor. I stopped by again after months because it's on my way to work. It's disgusting. No flavor at all. Just ice. Over priced coffee that has no coffee in it.

I opened my cup up and I said to the girl ma’am, this is not correct. She got upset and asked somebody else to make my drink. What is so hard to read what I said online. I don’t understand. I have problems with this place all the time if they do not like to work in customer service Then they need to stop working in customer service. We pay a lot of money for our coffee and so we’re gonna get it the way we want it made.

Tara at the window in the drive thru is amazing. She was Very thorough when taking my order and knows how to communicate with the customers.
Only reviewing because the sweet lady with a cardinal tattoo who was working the window (forgot her name) was very kind and friendly & let me sample the amazing cherry chai latte & it was SOOO good but the customer services was better!

Super bummed the staff was more scared of the corporate bosses than taking care of their customers. I asked if they could stop for 3-4 mins to let me record a speech with them as my audience. They refused based on “being on the clock” there were literally no orders waiting or cars in line. Four on staff. Even two to help would have Vern enough. Wow is Starbucks so hard up that they can’t take a minute to make a customers day better? Shame on this multi million dollar corporation. Do better for your employees.
