I came to this location in a sour mood towards Starbucks but they made it better! I have been here before many times and normally run through the drive thru and it's always pretty fast, correct and generally a pleasant experience. I had my son with me and 6we wanted to pickup some drinks after shopping at Target. For the record there is a Starbucks inside that Target and that location lost me as a customer today for life, I will ALWAYS choose this location over them. We were enthusiastically greeted within seconds of walking through the door. They weren't very busy on the inside and it was very clean. The employee taking orders was cleaning when we walked up to the counter and as soon as they saw us, they paused their task, greeted us and within just a few moments we were ordering our drinks. Everyone working there was very friendly and provided an excellent experience, outstanding customer service! We left ordered 4 drinks and were out of there within 10 minutes. Thank you for turning a sour taste into a sweet one!

Sent my husband to pick up drinks, and because I didn't give a tip on the app. The person handing out the drinks gave him an attitude, thanking him for the "tip". This tiping culture is getting out of hand, especially for ordering online and going to pickup your own drinks!!!!

I can't believe nobody nobody's bothered by the fact that they don't have equal or any kind of half and half or any kind of sweetener for people who want to add that to their regular coffees on display by the back place where you get napkins and
