I placed an order online, very simple but it took some time. Lot of employees but also mostly just standing around talking. I waited and waited for my drink since I guess each employee has their own specific task. The tables were all dirty and had to wipe down a spot to sit.

I honestly go to Taco Bell all the time and am disappointed most of the time but on 8/13/25 at the taco on north Frazier at 6:15pm, was probably the best Taco Bell food I’ve had since I was a kid. They actually put meat and cheese on the tacos I got. Now I’ve been to this same location before and it’s been horrible but the people working there today and at this time, I applaud you for not making absolutely pathetic tacos with little to no ingredients. I ordered 2 Doritos locos tacos supreme and a beefy 5 layer burrito, all three with extra sour cream. The prices are already crazy nowadays, but adding extra sour cream was 75¢ extra a piece. I don’t think I even got the standard amount of sour cream, let alone the extra I paid for.. This is not the first time either. I gave it three stars for the rather speedy service, but speed doesn’t matter when it comes to the order not being right.
