I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this location, and I am genuinely surprised by the abundance of positive reviews.

Years ago, I frequently visited this chain’s Energy Corridor branch and had no complaints—it was consistently satisfactory for what it offered. Unfortunately, this particular establishment was a completely different story.

I ordered a large teriyaki beef dish for over $15, which sets a certain expectation for quality. At the very least, I expected the dish to be properly cooked and served at an appropriate temperature. However, the beef was barely above room temperature, and the brown rice was stone cold.

I sent the dish back, pointing out the temperature issue. About 2–5 minutes later, the rice was returned hot, but the beef remained stone cold. At that point, I lost all confidence in the food safety standards and requested a refund.

When the manager came to speak with me, their explanation was baffling. I was told that dishes are served as they are prepared and not staged to ensure uniform temperatures. The manager added that “many restaurants” use staging, but this location does not. While that may be their policy, it’s unacceptable for a meal at this price point to arrive with such glaring issues.

Adding to the poor experience, the restroom was in a horrendous state. It reeked of an odor reminiscent of a neglected public park. Such conditions raise serious concerns about the overall cleanliness and management of the establishment.

Overall, the experience fell far short of expectations. Proper temperature control, food safety, and basic hygiene are non-negotiable. I cannot recommend this location to anyone seeking a satisfying or reliable dining experience.

The noodles were good and the reg chicken teriyaki was amazing. The beef was very chewy and tough and could not eat. Not a fan of the egg roll and the crab ragons. But the chicken teriyaki was the winner. Will be back to try the orange chicken.

I’ve been eating at this location since they opened. At first the food was consistently good, but over the past 2 years the protein has often been extremely overcooked, especially the salmon which is what I typically order. Because of this I have been coming here less frequently.

Today I decided to give it a try again. Like usual, I ordered a salmon bowl with spicy sauce to which the order taker said, “I’m not allowed to do that.” Thinking she was joking, I laughed, then realized she was serious. I said, “Really? I can’t order salmon with spicy sauce? I have ordered this dish ever since your store opened.” She told me that management no longer allows salmon to be ordered with spicy sauce. She confirmed with the manager on duty. I don’t care for teriyaki sauce which leaves me no other options.

The order taker said sorry and let me walk out the door without placing an order.

This new policy of not allowing salmon to be ordered with spicy sauce is absolute nonsense. Teriyaki Madness, why do you care which of your sauces I choose to put on my bowl?

After my experience today, paired with ongoing issues where the protein is often way overcooked, I won’t be coming back here.

My wife enjoyed her salmon. The service was good. I had the spicy chicken. It wasn't to my liking but I'm willing to try the regular teriyaki.

Went 30 minutes before close and they told me that they already closed the grill and could not serve me any food. Kind of ridiculous.

This was my first time visiting, and I mentioned it to the cashier, who was extremely friendly and took the time to explain everything to me. The experience was great—I initially wanted Panda Express but decided to give this place a try, and I'm so glad I did! I ordered the regular bowl, and despite having a big appetite, I couldn't finish it because I was too full. The egg roll was also delicious. If you're a fan of Panda Express, you'll definitely love this place. In fact, I think it's even better in some ways when it comes down to comparison on taste.

Food is great but I just left this place it’s sad to see the type of management they have here I just saw some one got sent home in the most heartbreaking way I hope the owner realizes the type of people he has working poor young man left crying I have 15 year old boys I would hate for them to work in this type of environment shame on you management and shame on the owner if you allow this type of behavior.

I don't eat here very often but like the food. The menu is a bit confusing, I ordered 3 reg. Bowls...(2 spicy chicken and a salmon bowl). I asked for Cabbage as a base no rice and that was what was said...after getting home I saw all 3 bowls had the protein and JUST Cabbage, no veggies...so I called and the cashier said.."oh I thought you wanted just Cabbage, bring the food in and we will remake it" so I did...even after a 13hr work day I was hungry and really wanted my food- I drove back to the store. The cashier took my bag and as I watched they cooked some vegetables and proceeded to add the hot vegetables under my now cold protein, on all 3 bowls...it was busy so I didn't see what all was going on but after I go home ...one bowl.had Rice now...a few veggies, one bowl was correct and one bowl( the salmon) had 3 slices of zucchini on top of the original Cabbage....I went back to the store a THIRD time...this time the manager told me that I ordered wrong...originally...which..ok..I dont go there often BUT I came back to get it right and it was STILL wrong...he refunded my money for the 2 bowls I returned and said " sorry for the confusion " I felt a little disregarded- and my time running back an forth didn't mean anything....won't be back
