I felt uncomfortable because of the way the manager Ashley(red hair) was to employee. It's evident that she has an issue with colored people and transgender. I asked one of the employees for her name. Her tone and verbage was very disgusting for a female and a human. She should have put more focus on making the food and it's presentation. She had the poor guy/ girl so nervous. I felt bad for him or her. I'll never visit this location again. I've been to this location for 3 years.

Since when does the chicken strip dinner come without fries. Imagine having just a few minutes to drive somewhere for food just to get back to work and find that half the meal is missing.

After 5 min. Wait, I submitted my order to an employee in person, right next to the unused drive-through microphone. Then another 5 minute wait in line. I watched an employee slowly walking towards one of the vehicles waiting to the side holding drinks. I get out of my truck to go inside and see what's the problem, but the car in front of me at that moment gets their order and leaves. Instead of heading to my truck, I walk to the window and stand there. I saw 4 or 5 employees without any food in their hands, two of which were talking to each other! One of them, a man in a polo shirt, opens the window and says it's only been 5 minutes and told me to chill out. Finally, I get my food only to discover one of my burgers isn't a burger and has grilled chicken instead!!! At this point, I have already driven away, but wow! I suggest; 1. new management 2. if you're going to use a live person for orders, utilize the speaker too. 3. Fix those two, and there won't be a #3.

Honestly the most unorganized location I’ve been to. My last few visits have taken at least 20 minutes and something was either missing or made incorrect, and/or cold. I will drive to another location from now on.

Did not give me my ketchup, when asked 3 times , and paid extra for more . Did not give me my hashbrowns and when I finally got them they were little broken pieces. Truly unhappy.

The employees are of no use, they are just chatting and not serving. It took me 20 minutes to deliver an order of a hamburger and a simple salad. I will not return to this place.

Rudest lady in the drive-thru didn’t want to go outside to bring us our food since we had a truck and trailer. Believe her name was Chance or Chase and was talking to the window guy like if he was dumb. The guy was actually doing a great job didn’t get his name. She just giving attitude for not wanting to go outside since she said “it’s too cold”

Question of the day... Is it necessary for off duty employees (sitting on opposite sides of dining room) discussing skin issues and popping blood blisters? Why do I have to listen to this topic. Reminder... they are on opposite sides of dinning room. 3:30 pm
We ordered a couple of salads and didn't realize they had bacon which we don't eat. The lady who brought them immediately replaced us salads with no bacon. Excellent service. Thank you so much.
I love coming to this Whataburger because the people are always so nice. They greet me properly and never mess up my sandwich, but even if they did, I feel completely comfortable asking them to fix it.
Vegetarian options: This Whataburger offers some vegetarian options, but they don’t have any non-meat sandwiches.
Parking: I never have to look around for a parking spot. Although I do come when they aren't slammed with people.

I ordered 2 large onion rings and once I got to work I went to eat them and they were not filled up. I should have ordered a small in this case because they only covered the bottom of the box with onion rings. This was got at 9pm.
