Hanna the manager!! Seems to think it is okay to take 20+ minutes to make an order. When I complained and let her know how I felt asking her isn't this fast food and said that I would speak to her manager she was on her high horse and said I am the manager snarky. Im sure she has a distinct manager and if this is what Whataburger employs as a manger then I want no part of it. Kids have no respect and she sent her tough guy out to try and intimidate me which wasn't flying with me and I called him out and of course he didn't show up.

Did take out; when I got home, discovered that I was short changed. In my mobile order, I clearly had a double cheeseburger (ketchup only) as stated on the attached order receipt. But this store only provided one patty per attached photo #2. I tried use the communication feature on the Ap, but per attached photo #3, that page appeared to be disabled where I couldn’t even make a selection on the topic choices and advance from the first step. So I overpaid big time!

I felt uncomfortable because of the way the manager Ashley(red hair) was to employee. It's evident that she has an issue with colored people and transgender. I asked one of the employees for her name. Her tone and verbage was very disgusting for a female and a human. She should have put more focus on making the food and it's presentation. She had the poor guy/ girl so nervous. I felt bad for him or her. I'll never visit this location again. I've been to this location for 3 years.
