You should not chew on menthol gum and then spit in someone’s food. I literally did nothing to you guys. It was a straight forward interaction anyways so I don’t know why you spit in random peoples food.

The blonde lady in the drive through window had a bad attitude and she shouldn’t be talking back to the customers.The egg & cheese sandwich came with a hamburger bun instead of a biscuit lol

Breakfast was great. Unfortunately they seemed very unorganized.I ordered 3 big Breakfast in the drive thru. Drove home to find they only gave me 1 hashbrown, should have been 3.Didn't feel like driving back, but I did. Walked in no one to help at front. I understand things can get busy especially during breakfast time, but when your standing there and someone finally comes to the front but doesn't acknowledge you, at all..say "I'll be right with you"..Nothing! And walks back to the other side. I continued to wait! I finally had to raise my voice and call to the back if someone could please help me. I explained I only got 1 Hashbrown, and I ordered 3, and I was there to get the other 2 .Lady came back with a bag, checked it before I left & she only put 1 in the bag...omg! I had to wait again ! Long story short... Check your bags before you leave.Tip>Whataburger make sure your staff has a little bit more customer service skills. If you're busy, no problem customer's understand..A simple "I'll be right with you "goes long way

Man Carlos was awesome ! Me and my fiancé who is pregnant has been having cravings and we decided to get whataburger the night I got off on Friday around 10 pm, as I work 72 hour shift and had not seen her we were ready to get our food and get home, upon arrival Carlos introduced himself and at first recommended us the new bacon burger but we could tell he was a bit overwhelmed and said we weren’t in a rush and could wait for him, he excitedly told us thank you and we even shared a joke and laugh together. When we were ready to order I was still undecided and he actually recommended me a delicious patty melt custom made and then when we pulled up he took our gift card and paid for our meal himself!!! Carlos was extremely personal and super attentive caring and all around an awesome kid! People like him are going places and if this establishment isn’t considering to promote him to a manager at some point I’d be sorely surprised .. I pray that he gets the recognition and success he deserves! Carlos thank you from me and family ! God bless you.

Other cars were blaring horns for their food because while I was sitting in the drive-through for 25 mins, they had been sitting since before I got there. They didn't even know what I had ordered, I guess they gave it to someone else. My buffalo bites were cold and old. Onion rings were fine.

Food was excellent. Service by people great. The fact that all door parking closest to the door (5 of them) are signed as pick up. I have never seen anyone Picking up..always empty. 2 spaces furthest from the door are handicap. All other parking close is a good way across a busy driveway. I am over 75 and not actual "handicap" yet. Twice now I have had to hustle as quick as an older citizen can go (in pouring rain and unsafe) to go to far away parking, while spaces close to door are there for lazy people ad workers that are all of 16 yo to use. Angers me every time I see it, even on a nice day..Just why? Pick up should be the row across the driveway. Atmosphere, while I was eating, a homeless person was allowed to come in so all the diners could sit and sickeningly watch and hear him pull out all of the trash cans in the dining area and dig through them I guess looking for uneaten food and#@!% out loud the whole time. Why is this allowed? I wasn't the only one who stared unbelievably. Fix the problems. Not ever going there. Again.

Took 20+ minutes to get through the drive though with only two cars ahead of me. Both their orders came out in only one bag so it wasn’t like a huge order backed things up. They also were out of Dr Pepper and all of their shakes. Once I got back home with my order I realized I’m missing a fry and honey mustard. This is my second time going through this location with very similar outcomes months apart from each other. I won’t be back. The foods not even good. McDonald’s is much better which says a lot.
