Ok y'all, I need a little more consistency when it comes to the fries. Twice I've stopped in, and my fries haven't been fresh. Now, the service is always fun (I do drive thru) and fast so no complaints there. The next time I visit I'll go inside and see if it makes a difference with my fries.

So happy to have this Whataburger right outside the neighborhood. Outstanding service and pretty speedy in comparison to other locations.I decided to go for a patty melt and onion rings tonight, instead of my usual #5 and was not disappointed! So fresh and delicious.

Curbside is fast and friendly. The proprietor even brought our food to us on a Sunday!
♿♿♿♿♿♿♿♿♿♿ Overall accessibility is very good for a wheelchair user. Bathroom door is very heavy. Im not able to open it as a wheelchair user. Have to have someone open it for me.

Overheard a worker, which I’m assuming is a manager, talking down to one of their employees while my husband and I grabbed something quick, after doing a huge remodel. We both found it unpleasant especially for that employee, I would feel embarrassed if my manager lectured me in front of customers. I asked one of the workers for the woman’s name and it was Ashly….. Someone who talks down to people should not be in a leadership position. This isn’t how we do things in Texas. The food was ok. Do better Ashly!

The food was as expected, so 4 stars on that. The atmosphere was 3 stars because honestly, I didn't go in. But for service, I gave 1 star and would given less if I could. There was only one person ahead of me when I ordered my food. Everything was good and normal when I got to the window. Paid and the attendant gave the card back. I proceeded to wait for nearly 25 minutes along with about 8 to 12 customers behind me. When I finally received my order it was from the cook whom looked either very confused or UTI or something. Got food and the order was correct but it now holds the record for the longest wait in a drive-9⁹
