I thought DQ in podunk towns were the slowest places on the planet but this location surpasses them by miles. Tried stopping here several times and same thing every time, at least a 30 min wait. Doesn't matter if they're busy or not. Doesn't matter how many people they have working. A sloth would be faster than them.
Slow service. They spend 10+ minutes per car once the car gets to the window. Not even busy. Person at the window had to ask several times what was in my order, then I had to ask them again when they still forgot it. Soda was watered down. Food was poorly assembled and looked like it had been under a warmer for quite a while.Went here thinking the service would be better than the one on Pat Booker since its a pretty new location but maybe all Burger king franchises just suck

Well today was different the lady at the register was amazing she had a blue bow on and she had just made my day and she's funny to made me laugh. We need more like her in the food industry thank you for being so kind to me and getting my my food out hot. Great service this time
