What a horrific experience tonight. Had to wait quite a while for the food to come out. When it did, I took the drinks first and sat them in my passenger seat. When I took the bag of food, it ripped a bit up the side, but I saved it before anything happened. However, the bottom fell out of the happy meal box and the hamburger and apple slices fell to the ground. It does not appear that the burger came unwrapped, so I did not raise a fuss in theoment, but this is unacceptable. The employee handed me the torn happy meal box, then the burger and apple slices and walked away. Completely disgusted and disappointed in the handling of my curbside order #1922 today.

Ordered the $8.99: 20 nuggets and basket of fries. As you see from the pictures not really a basket, went back to get the sauce. She said it was in the bag. She didn't know it was not, and once I got home got 17 nuggets. In the future will look at the fries abd count the nuggets before i leave. I was hust concerned about no sauce.

Horrible service even after the mgr was aware I waited 30 mins before anyone acknowledged i was there. Evening mgr all she was doing was yelling, employees were not too happy, yet orders were not being distributed...Horrible service!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is awful. Customer service was bad I informed them and even on my bag and receipt for large size drink and fries. I paid for it and the guy just laughed when I ask for my large drink and closed the window. Not worth going inside for.

The employees weren't very polite. The lady who took my order repeated it back to me twice and still got it incorrect and the gentleman that handed me my food just handed it to me. Neither person said thank you.

We stopped to get a large package for 4 kids and our own orders; we had to wait for whatever reason but the manager kept informing us that our order was coming (we saw they were busy so we were ok) great job.
Please don’t come to this McDonalds. Horrible experience. You will be waiting for your food forever. I thought this was fast food? and when they finally bring you your food it will be cold and will walk away so fast before you can even ask for condiments. The manager that works there at night does not act like a manager. He was smoking outside right in-front of us while we were pulled forward and asked to wait for our food. The cigarette smell was so strong. This manager seems like he is tired of working at McDonald’s. Please find another job if you are unhappy but don’t take it out on the customers, we are paying customers. This is an older gentleman, not sure what his name is but he was working at night.

Waited in line for 18 min!! When I tried to order the cashier stated I could no longer order breakfast. The customer in front got his breakfast order. I told her I had been waiting in line for so long and she clearly knew everyone else was waiting on her too.

Great place to bring the children if you want an affordable way to eat and play. Each time I've been there, the play areas are clean. Haven't had any issues as we eat and let the kids play. Have gone multiple times.

This is the best McDonalds. They just renovated their kitchen they have brand new equipment grills fryers etc. All the food here is top-notch. Mcdonalds gold standard is here.
