I’ve been here many times since it is the closest one to my house. I try to drive to the one by HEB down the road though because this place is so incredibly slow. I have NEVER been through the drive through and not been parked. They have to park so many cars that most of the time I’m not even in a numbered spot. I have even tried to order online and go inside and I’m finding myself waiting twenty minutes for a mcchicken and a Diet Coke. Food is always whatever.

9 times out of 10 I come here they lie about their systems being down. The other 1 time they are out of whatever I try to order. The wait times are long but at least the food is fresh sometimes. This is genuinely one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in my life. I hate that this is the only location available unless I go out of my way. This location just frustrates me.

I honestly think they got mad that I asked for extra ketchup, mustard, and pickle on my burger because all three had onion set up in the wrapper so it would fall everywhere when I opened it and all of my food was covered in heaps (literally not figuratively) of onion. I ordered through the app, it wasn’t a crazy order other than that customization which doesn’t seem like a crazy one. There was no reason for them to put onion all over my food like that.
I did submit a report in the app and received no response
On 3 separate occasions, I ordered on the app, curbside. Each and every time, even though they were on different days and vastly different times, they kept marking my food as delivered to me/order completed. I then proceed to wait during that time, worried that something has happened to my order, and then walk inside and ask. On two fo those occasions, it still took around 10 minutes to actually get the food to me despite me waiting inside. It is very frustrating. Also, their fries are consistently over-fried. :(

Horrible service I feel if you don’t like your job go find one where you can be a rude jerk cause the people who work drive thru a manager for tonight 6/11/25 are horrible. You ask for bbq sauce they act like it hurts them to add some in the bag and want to have an attitude for no reason yall gotta do better. Manager has same attitude as the girl in the drive thru. So sad no motivation no customer service just horrible.

It looks like I now have to travel outside of Converse in order not to have my order screwed. It also did not help that my fries were placed upside down in the bag.

NEVER door dash from this location. They don't QC anything. Things will always be forgotten. Whether it be fries, cookies, condiments, or straws there will always be SOMETHING missing. I've called and spoken to a manager and nothing has changed. Looking at the other reviews, corporate should get involved.
