This was an online order so i cant answer to atmosphere. But my food was just barly warm. The driver (dash) did not speak english, im not blaming the driver, but he had to find someone who spoke english so i could give them my address. When the driver arrived he showed me his pick up order and my address was NOWHERE on the reciept. and my order was a half hour late. This makes me not want to orer from here again.

For years, I've been coming here, but the service I received from Jacob this time was disappointing and made me feel disrespected as a customer. He showed no concern for my issue and made no effort to resolve the situation. His indifference was clear, and unfortunately, this will be my last visit. I could have excused the messed-up order, but the lack of care was unacceptable.

I would like for “Isaac” to receive recognition for his customer service and knowledge. He is a hard-working man and he made my experience very welcoming, and my pizza was made fresh and Fast. Really Pizza Hut? Trying to get a basic cheese pizza and I end up getting this burnt disk. How does your QA send this out thinking it's acceptable?? My cheese sticks didn't come out any better either. This location received 2 stars only because our pan pizza wasn't extremely horrible. Please do better. Prices are going up everywhere, service and quality should too..

The manager Linda, Lindy, Lydia whatever the hell her name is. She is the rudest being ever. Placed an order at 6:19. It is now 8:34 and no food then when I called. She said she only had 2 options I can cancel my order and order later or she can switch it to pickup. Then says she’s the only manager and nobody is above her. Ma’am you do not own that store and there is always someone above you. Then when asked if she is always this rude she said “only the people who’s attitudes I don’t like” so idk what you want me to do your pizza will get there when it gets there. 0 stars do not recommend

If I could leave no stars I would I always order from this Pizza Hut and the one time I have trouble they make it impossible to get any customer support, I know my pizza was delivered to another place or the delivery driver stayed with my order. I had to send my husband to pick up the order and they said I had to speak to DoorDash. Her name is Clarissa super rude manager and had no way of giving me my money back for food that was more than 3 hours passed the delivery time couldn’t even provide my husband with OUR MEAL WE PAID FOR EVEN AFTER HE DROVE ALL THE WAY DOWN THERE

Customer service here is completely terrible. Management has a nasty rude attitude. They will stand there and go back and fourth with you not caring whether they are in the wrong or not.

Mgr. was extremely rude. I placed an order at 5 something, to be delivered at 7:15. When I got the notification that it was out for delivery at 6:30, I called the store. Needless to say the mgr. didn’t care that it was going to be sitting in a delivery vehicle or in my house for 45 minutes before it was going to be eaten (my family was not going to be home until around 7:15). I ask for a corporate number or number for a supervisor and she said she was the mgr. and she didn’t have any other number for me to call.
