This location has gone downhill, and now they are using Doordash drivers to deliver for them. We had a very rude driver bring us our food, and worse yet we pre-tipped 10 dollars for a pizza hut employee to bring us our food, not some random person who the company can't track. Better off going to Dominoes or Marcos who still use and pay their own drivers.

Ordered from here many times. The recent times have been getting worse and worse in quality. They messed up the order, I don’t know if it’s the stupid website which was barely working or what. There was more sauce than cheese, am I’m not sure how the cheese sticks are considered cheese sticks. Even when I went to pick it up the restaurant just looked dingy and gross. I don’t think we will order from Pizza Hut again.

I love pizza.The service is terrible, they don't answer the phone, and when they manage to do so they hang up on the calls, I have ordered often since I moved to this city, I have the experience that 1 out of 10 times it has been pleasant, the experience of being there is truly horrible. Dealing with unhelpful people, except for a guy who speaks Spanish (I don't know his name) in this branch, I always have to beg him to be in the store when I go because apparently he is the only kind and polite person.

2 1/2 ⭐ Went to this pizza hut because the one close to me was out of stuffed crust. Ended up driving past the Pizza Hut initially because it was a bit difficult to see the store sign past the trees, very dark. Go inside and were greeted, but then come to find out they have lost our order. It was not a small order either, totaling over $53. They apologize to us and said they would remake it, I did not make a big deal out of it as I used to be an assistant manager for Pizza Hut and I get it. However I was surprised to only receive a I am sorry, no other compensation was offered for our time and the inconvenience. The staff were friendly, but for the frustration of having to wait for our food to be completely remade did not make up for that.
