Dairy Queen Reviews
I was just there and I will not be going back anytime soon. The customer service was terrible, and the workers were rude. We weren't greeted when we came in. Instead we were walked around and looked at almost in disgust. After my meal I went to the counter to purchase dessert. Our local Dairy Queen is probably the oldest restaurant in Delta County. We have seen alot of restaurants come and go, but the D.Q. keeps on serving the community. Dairy Queen is a restaurant known for its delicious burgers and a touch of southern hospitality, reminiscent of those from childhood. The staff is generally friendly, and the food is made fresh with each order. Customers have enjoyed items like the Steak Finger Basket, Frito Pie, Beef Taco, and Fried Meat Burrito, all noted for being hot, fresh, and tasty. However, there have been issues with service, including long wait times and confusion when delivering orders to customers' cars. Observations have also been made about staff not consistently changing gloves between tasks. Despite these concerns, many customers have a positive experience at Dairy Queen and appreciate the casual atmosphere.
