Great Mexican restaurant that happens to be in a small town. The most friendly staff that you could imagine! Maria and Eric were phenomenal. We stayed at Cooper for the eclipse and dined at Tejanos three times. My favorite Mexican dish is enchiladas. Their “Jalisco” is an enchilada combo. The chicken with cream sauce and beef with chili sauce was crazy delicious. I took the piñata salad instead of the rice because I had this with the Pecha Con Hongos (Also very good). If clouds would have covered the eclipse Tejano’s would have still made the trip worth while!

Great food. Consistent flavor. Imaginative menu. Ask for the Delta, it’s not on the menu but it should be a highlighted item. Erick and his crew do a phenomenal job taking care of customers while offering a wide variety of menu options that don’t always follow a traditional flavor profile. Oh yeah, the homemade chips are the best.
