It was my first time to visit TEJANO TEX MEX restaurant in Cooper, TX. We came by to eat for a special birthday lunch. The food is incredible. The guacamole is fresh and flavorful! The stuffed grilled avocado is a table favorite. Get to know Eric, our attentive and accommodating server. I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS WONDERFUL RESTAURANT! EVERYTIME I COME IN, ITS A WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE. ALL SMILES, EVERYTIME. Great food. Consistent flavor. Imaginative menu. Ask for the Delta, it’s not on the menu but it should be a highlighted item. Erick and his crew do a phenomenal job taking care of customers while offering a wide variety of menu options that don’t always follow a traditional flavor profile. Oh yeah, the homemade chips are the best.
