Stopped by Andy's Frozen Custard in Coppell and loved it! We hit the drive-through and grabbed two sundaes: Pecan Turtle and Key Lime Pie and both were delicious. You can order from your car or walk up to the window, and there's plenty of seating if you want to stay. Always busy, which just proves this spot is a local favorite!

My order was made perfect and quick but the lady behind the counter was dismissive and looked like she did not want to be there at all. Was passive aggressive. Disappointed in the service but the dessert was as good as always.

I’ve been waiting for the key lime concrete to come back all year long. I’ve gotten it 2 times so far this summer and both times has been a disappointment. The first time I got it in a pint and the key lime taste was faint. Unlike last year, the flavor was popping! I assumed it was less because it was in a pint so I thought nothing more of it. The second time, I get a pint again and it is literally like vanilla Custer with gram crackers. No tart key lime taste at all! If you guys need to skim on the product, you need to skim on the price. It’s no way I’m getting a whole slice of pie And oh, the same thing happend with the super limited time cherry pie concrete. Got a medium or large size and I really enjoyed the first 4 bites. Then was disappointed because the rest was just vanilla custard.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Andy’s branch recently. I asked for extra hot fudge because the amount seemed less than what I usually get, and the person handling my order responded in a pretty rude way. He said, “That’s how we do it, and if you don’t like it, go to the other place you said gives you more fudge.”
I get that not every request can be met, but there’s a way to say no respectfully, this wasn’t it. The attitude was totally unnecessary and left a bad taste, which is unfortunate because the fudge itself actually tasted good.
Customer service really matters, and this experience just didn’t live up to what I expect from a place I’ve enjoyed before.

Rudest Cashier ever. Rolling eyes, yelling to people waiting in line and had the worst attitude. There were tons of kids around looking at her trying to understand why she was yelling. Such q Shame; rest of staff was great! 7/20/25 9:00 PM.
Sorry for the one star but this needs your attention. Our family comes here at least twice a week and love your custard - when it’s right. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case the last several visits and everyone is asking me to write a review. 7/15/25 6:30p #1 The concretes are soupy when served. This used to happened every now and then but has been the case the last four visits. Something is wrong with your machines or ingredients. Please, please fix it! #2 In the past, when ordering a concrete, the “regular” amount of add-ins was pretty skimpy so my family started ordering “double” add-ins and I’d pay the extra. Now - the “double” add-in serving has been reduced about 50%. This is an obvious change and your product is suffering. Why write this? Because we love coming to Andy’s. But if your product is no longer special/quality and worth the $$, that makes it tough. Protect your brand. Please.

I would think that $7+ for a root beer float would entitle me to full cup. This is my third attempt at ordering a float with disappointing results each time. I guess I'll stick with concretes and malts.
