Stopped by to get some lunch after the rush. We pulled up to the order menu and said we needed a minute when the girl asked to take our order, the first menu was almost completely blocked by shrubs. The girl waited a couple minutes before asking again what we wanted but we needed a little more time because we couldn't find something on the menu. We tried asking about the item we were looking for but she wasn't responding even though we could hear that the intercom was on. We wound up having to leave because we had a limited amount of time to get lunch before going back to work.

Service was great. Very friendly staff. Food was just okay. Good tea. Jalapeño poppers come with only three while the picture on the menu shows more.

I picked food at the Coppell Chicken Express. Good food, affordable and quick. Couldn't tell u about the atmosphere as I went through the drive thru.

I don’t go to chicken express often but when I do, this location has always been great. Just left the drive thru a few minutes ago and finished some food- chicken and fish fillets. The person taking orders at drive thru was very patient when I didn’t know what I wanted just yet. Then the person that handed me my food was also very nice. This was about 5:30 on 6/13. Chicken and fish were cooked perfectly, crispy outside and moist inside. Fries also perfectly crispy. Everything tasted fresh. Highly recommend if you like Chicken express.

Was given a cold serving of attitude as soon as I walked in. I gladly took my business elsewhere. The place smelled like dirty mop water anyway. Management clearly not doing their job.

Chicken Express is usually a treat we don't have often. Unfortunately this visit was awful. Someone at this location is entirely too heavy handed on the salt. Everything I got tonight was MORE salty than the ocean, and I grew up on the coast, going to the beach all the time, so I'm not exaggerating. I ate a few fried pickles and 1 of my 3 pieces of chicken and had to throw the rest away. What a waste!

I just want to give a shout out to their staff that assisted me with a large online order today. Due to a technical issue at no fault of their own, we were able to get the large order completed and on time! They were extremely professional and sincere in handling it and would be more than happy to have them assist me with a future large order!
