Great customer service, good food, Mac n cheese, fries, chicken/chicken strips, rolls/ biscuits, fried pickles, jalapeno poppers and the jalapeno ranch sauce we're all good, only bad thing is the buildin looks old inside and out that needs to be updated but other than that everythin was great..

I ordered a 2-piece combo along with two coworkers, and none of the food was fresh. The chicken clearly sat out past its hold time, and the corn nuggets were no better. 0/10 will not recommend.

We brought 25 Tender Family Meal w/ 2 Sides and Cole slaw from Chicken Express Coppell outlet . The cole slaw was expired and getting smelly and the staff providing the food just washing the area and suddenly came and fill the fries. Please avoid using the product for your better health

Every time I go through the drive thru at this location, the same gentleman makes some off hand comments asking about my car or about money; if I want to pay in part cash and card…makes the comment “oh you got it…you got money”. I was overcharged this last visit but it isn’t worth me driving back for 0.75; I don’t appreciate the extra unnecessary commentary and will not be back as long as he’s working drive thru! 😠

Stopped here for lunch. I got my order fast, the staff was friendly. The line moved swiftly. Nothing negative to say about this location.
I went on 2 different occasions it's very convenient but I won't go back I order a 3 piece meal I get back to work I'm eat but I keep smelling this rotten smell I smell the thigh as I'm bringing it to my mouth and thought they fried a rotten piece of chicken the next week they sell me another piece rotten chicken but I took it back they offered another piece of chicken no Thank you they lost me at this location they didn't care that they served me bad chicken

I went here for a Relish catering order and felt belittled. After giving them my bag for them to load the delivery behind the counter, (which has never happened to me before) one of the workers almost wet my catering bag's bottom on a wet cart before he noticed I was looking. An employee at the cash register also had an attitude after receiving drinks for the order. Couriers should be treated fairly here.
