Terrible manager she was rude and doesn't seem like she's mature enough for that position Food was not great. Salty chips **Tried to give them another chance but the lady manager once again was rude. The 15 min drive to another Chipotle is worth it.

Very disappointed in the amount of chicken they give. The guy gave me like 4 pieces of chicken in my bowl and when I asked for more he just gave me 3 more pieces of small chicken and made me pay for double.

When I entered this restaurant it was filthy, the entire line was NASTY not to mention the food needed to be refilled and refreshed not to mention this is like 4pm . They way the food is prepared and she was just throwing it , I made a statement and said this place should not be this NASTY this time of day plus they weren’t busy so no reason for it to look so bad . Not EVER returning to this location .

Trash was full, I asked for lettuce and I got 4 large uncut pieces. Usually, I get filled up and have leftovers, but today I was left still hungry. I also scanned my qr code for points and the cashier never told me that it didn't scan and she saw my code, so now I don't have the points for my disappointing visit.

Amazing deal for the price, food is fresh and staff is super nice, it's my go-to post-workout food and never gets old. Definitely check it out, especially if you need to pack in a ton of protein and still want a good taste.

I wish the portions and freshness they show in their advertising were true, they are not. You get about half the portions and the food is cold. Taco Bell is better.
Horrible experience here. Not a pleasant dining experience. Servers were rude and rushing us and would not speak up. They did not look like they knew what they were doing. Mediocre food. Very skimpy portions for a bowl. Nearly no chicken provided. Spent $45 and felt ripped off. Horrible seating area. Will Never return.

I had ordered food through DoorDash to be picked up they didn’t even come to the door to see what I wanted because they thought I wanted to order food as I knew they were closed . Even if they would have said hey we gave your order away because at 10 we stop orders whether ordered before or not , I at least would’ve appreciated them having customer service . For them to purposely ignore me was very rude !

I recently ordered lunch for my Butterfly School staff using Chipotle catering, and it was fantastic! Everyone loved the food, and it made for a wonderful meal. Elham, the store manager at the Coppell location, provided exceptional customer service. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful as I navigated my first online catering order. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon! Elham is doing an amazing job and truly deserves recognition for her hard work.
