Ordered a pit smoked chili baker. I'm not sure how the chili is supposed to be included but there was nothing. No chili at all. Not on the side, not on the baker. Not only that but they don't even include butter, they include margarine. Ordered a westerner sandwich and got this tiny little shriveled sandwich without even a hint of the meat I ordered. And the menu picture implied that there was cheese, but not that either. Just a dry sandwich with pickles. Whoever packaged our order cared nothing for accuracy or giving us what we paid for. Just gathering money and waiting for their shift to end. This is unacceptable and just a ripoff and not caring anything about quality or customer satisfaction. Last time we order from here.

Best dickies experience ever for my husband and I. I got a meat baker and the meat was tender and juicy. The spud was massive. Food was HOT and fresh. Still thinking about it 4 days later. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you Dickies!!! Wish I got a picture but it was so good.

We typically order from Dickie’s once a week. We however, won’t visit again any time soon, if ever. We often request the leaner part of the brisket chopped. Today we received the most fatty part and it was sliced. We asked for the okra to be crispy. It was, but it was extremely salty and appeared to have been fried in grease used for fries. Very disappointing. Got onion and pickles when I specifically asked for jalapeños. Then, called and spoke with a manager who wasn’t the best at helping me resolve my issue. Customer service needs improvement. Oh, and be sure you ask for the receipt! They won’t give it to you if you don’t request it but need information from it to locate your order. If this place is your first choice, make it your second!
Asked for an extra roll and they didn't give it to me but ther sure did charge me for it. I can't just go back and get it.

I have been coming to this Dickeys for years. It is right on Denton Tap and easy to get to. For the couple of last visits there has been very few customer. The food was great as usual. Why else would I keep coming back :) Anyway, this time the service sucked. The staff did not greet and I seemed to be non important. Maybe good because I had ample time to read the menu before I finally found a list of specials on the counter. I made my order and the lady started preparing it, or so thought. She actually was preparing someone else's take out order. After I got my food, I carried on towards the cashier station. Things had been moved around a bit, but no-one seemed to care if I made it or not. Once I got all the way to the cashier, a guy appeared to take the payment. Then he dissappeared. I could not find a straw so I returned to the cashier to ask about it. But there was no-one there. Then I spotted straws. In summary, food was good, service was missing.

just commenting on food for takeout . I appreciate the notification of wrong or missing items but the meat was dry. potatoes were missing gravy. The beans and pork ribs were good , but everything else was not seasoned and dry .

So very disappointed with the quality of meat we ordered. Apparently serving tender brisket and turkey is not on the menu. Made a call to share my experience with the manager Jesus (not available) was nothing better than ordering dinner from a truck stop. I guess Dickey’s is the Taco Bell of bbq. ?
