I ordered here for the first time tonight with my friend Blair ( for reference if corporate or the owner check the order was put under her name ) had the worst service from the store manager. She was progressively rude from the sending me over to the website to order if I wanted to use a coupon to telling me that I was wrong about my pizza being undercooked and not budging when I asked that it be remade. I wasn’t looking for a refund, I wanted the pizza, but you can see in the photos that it was undercooked and extremely doughy. Another thing is I made a mistake and didn’t know pan pizza was thick fluffy (supposed to be fluffy) crust. I feel dumb for this but I thought it was closer to a thin crust so when I called and said it was undercooked and I made the mistake of thinking I ordered thin crust she said she’d remake it for a discounted price. I finally said I would appreciate a refund or a replacement it isn’t because of the thin crust mistake I made, the pizza is truly undercooked. She told me that’s how pan pizza is. And I hope corporate hears her because she was unreasonable and got me fired up about this because I felt like she was saying I am a liar for saying the pizza is undercooked. She was so rude that I didn’t want it remade even if she had decided to change her mind & be decent.t I literally felt like I was having to convince her that my pizza needed to be remade I would be too afraid of her contaminating it purposefully. I cannot believe this manager was telling me the customer that she didn’t care about my satisfaction with the quality of food. She obviously doesn’t care about customer service or retention.
I got off the phone upset: 5 minutes later I get a notification that the order has been cancelled. So she decided to be decent-ish and give back my money but didn’t call to tell me or anything. I didn’t call to confirm because I don’t want to deal with her again. What an unpleasant experience I had with this person. I hope she’s not like this all the time, if so, she should not have her job.
Ended up cooking it in the oven and gutting the dough out myself for the cooked and thin pizza I craved
The dough is all the junk on the side of the plate, the pizza is deformed from my DIY THIN CRUST

Staying at hotel 1.5 miles away. Ordered online. Tracking said pizza was in oven at 653pm. Was supposed to be delivered by 735. Tracker kept saying driver was 13 minutes out and every time it counted down it restarted at 13 minutes again. Did this 4 times. Pizza delivered at 806pm. Pizza was not good. Way too much sauce…and I usually like a saucy pizza but this was bad. Sauce tasted like jarred marinara.

Made a dominos order but never delivered. Gave clear instructions that I was staying in a hotel and I would be in the lobby. Never showed and they continued to mark it as delivered. Would appreciate my payment refunded of $46.60 with tip included.
Already made a file and claim but you never know how long it’ll take for cooperation.

Order the pizza online to get delivered to my address. The pizza I received was not the pizza that I ordered. I called and was asked to email a picture of the pizza I got which I had trouble doing so I sent that picture to the managers cell phone. She was very kind and said yes I got the wrong pizza that she would have it remade and send it to me. She then offered me a complimentary item in which I chose a drink. The second pizza was delivered and still was wrong. My first ingredient is pepperoni and there are no pepperonis on my pizza. 🤣 I also didn't receive a complimentary drink. I wish I had opted for a refund because whoever is making the pizza needs to slow down and actually read.

Ordered online through the app selected curveside delivery pulled up parked in the delivery spot checked into the app selected that i had arrived and sat there for 20 minutes. No one ever brought my pizza out. So i go inside and the guy pulls my pizza out and gives it to me. I did select to leave a tip through the app when i paid for the pizza however it didnt show on the paper receipt. apparently tips are processed separately in 3 to 5 days after the order so the workers dont even know that you paid a tip so they give you the shittiest service even though you did tip. Dominoes needs to fix this.
I see all the other bad reviews with one star so if you cant even do the most simple order correctly, one simple pizza curveside order then no wonder you have all these bad reviews. I will never order her again.

Pre-ordered a day in advance (big order), went to pick up our order we were told it would be an extra 10 minutes. Well that 10 minutes turned into an hour as one of the managers kept pushing the time that was needed back. Only 1 of the 2 managers was nice, he was sorry about everything and gave us 1 extra pizza, the other manager was sorry, she ended up disappearing when we went back in to pick up.

Wow, simply an extraordinary experience. 16" Estravaganzza and Honolulu Hawaiian. The boys were very attentive.

Order was supposed to be delivered at 12 noon, Dave left at 11:52 and it is now 12:31 and the pizza has still not arrived we are at a corporate address with 10 people in office that have been waiting

Placed an online orders, drove up there just for them to cancel my entire order because they said they don’t have any chicken!!! WHY EVEN ALLOW THOSE OPTIONS IF THEY’RE UNAVAILABLE?!?!?! Then I go inside to talk to Ethan the manager just fo no apology or NOTHING FOR THE INCONVENIENCE!!!!!!! I have to wait 2-3 days for my money back. I will never be back here again! Plus all of the workers are just standing around looking goofy!
