Alicia here is awesome! The 4 stars are for her and the one star deduction is for the owner lady. Alicia is careful to get the order right, is cheerful, polite and greets guests, and is always happy to quickly whip up our order if they don’t have enough. The owner (?) lady isn’t as nice, is hard to communicate with, and doesn’t really seem to care if she gets the order right and doesn’t feel the need to explain or be nice if they have run out of what you’re ordering....
Stopped by after my run this morning for a blueberry cake donut and a DONUT WITH FRUITY PEBBLES ON IT!! I can’t say enough about the amazing donuts and the exceptionally nice people who work there!! I will absolutely be back!!
I visited Donut Palace on two separate occasions. The first time was alright, but the second time, which is now my last time, was not so good. They required a minimum of five dollars to use my card—who even carries one-dollar bills anymore? The donuts were okay, I'd give them three out of five for quality. What really ruined my experience was the chocolate milk, which cost $3.50 and tasted expired. It was horrible and ruined my whole experience. On the positive side, the...
