We deserved better quality. All we ordered was 2 croissants and a coffee. But they charged and delivered 3 croissants. And this is not the first time this happened. Addition to that the croissants are not even warm. They are as cold as they could get. Would not repeat.

This was my first ever Dunkin’ in US. Never did I get the opportunity to try it before this day. I ordered Cocoa Mocha Latter, Mocha Macchiato, and a Normal latte. It tasted good. Not exactly what I was looking for but it was good. The service was good too.

Worst drive through experience of my life. These workers have got to get it together because they truly don’t know anything about customer service. When I pulled up, they didn’t give me my receipt or my change. I had to ask for it later on. THEY ALSO KEPT FORGETTING THINGS. I had to go through the receipt to make sure. Bye. This place sucks

This was an excellent experience. Last week, I was craving a sausage egg and cheese croissant. I go to locate a Dunkin. While in the drive thru, I'm taking forever to choose a drink. Why? Because I literally have never ordered a coffee from there. I'm a Starbucks girlie. The girl working drive thru hears me struggling. She says stop. I'm going to ask you some questions, and based on your answers, I'll build you a drink. I was like, ok. Get to the window and pay. She says, "Do you want to try it, or do you trust me? I didn't even have to think about it. I said I trust you got my drink and drove away." I have no idea what she made but was absolutely delicious. Sooo good!! Highly recommend.

Ordered on the app and the employee just decided to ignore it and give us what she wanted. This happened last time and I was already on the highway when I noticed. This time I checked before I left the parking lot and saw the same thing. We got munchkins and specified no powdered and over half of our 4 bags were powdered. She said they didn’t have any glazed so they just gave us those. Why not one of the other flavors that we actually ordered idk. We dug through them showing her how it was messed up. She gave us another flavor but put all of the powdered ones back on the tray to sell. That is disgusting and we will NOT come back with the messed up orders and complete lack of sanitary guidelines. On top of that, they were not fresh and we had to end up throwing them out. Complete waste of money.
