Julia was so sweet! Fast service and the atmosphere was super nice !

I recently became a regular here and I love the atmosphere inside of the store. I don’t typically like sweet drinks, but asked an employee, Julia, for recommendations — she was helpful and friendly in suggesting/quickly making a matcha latte which is now a favorite.

Very fast WiFi, my clash royale games were uninterrupted, and i went up 4 arenas. the boba was very sweet, and it helped me power through my english assignments. My recommended drink is taro breeze with 100% sweetness.

My coworkers and I come here often. Alex treats us with so much patience and fun new recommendations for drinks! We also love to play the claw machine that they have. Every trip is always worth it!

Good drinks, and Harry was very sweet and helpful! Place is nice, some sticky surfaces. A few arcade-style games, and personalized decor (decorated cups, Polaroid pics of customers). Convenient location, good parking. They only play worship music

I love the wide selection of drinks to choose from, and my go to is definitely a dirty boba. Every time I go I receive a high quality dirty boba, especially when Karen (employee) makes it. I go to Feng Cha often, and whenever I see Karen on shift I can tell she is truly dedicated and focused on getting drinks out on time, taking orders, etc. Her hard work is definitely shown not only through the delicious drinks she makes, but her attitude as well. She greets people with a smile on her face and adds to the welcoming atmosphere every shop hopes to have.

The service was amazing and everyone was so kind! Karen was super helpful and made my first visit such a great experience. She helped me pick out the perfect drink!

Very good service

Worst boba tea I’ve had so far. The drink I ordered didn’t have black tea, and the boba pearls were uncooked. Even after confirming with the staff that black tea was added, it still didn’t taste right. I ordered three drinks, and unfortunately, none of them were good. Ended up finishing mine only because I paid $7. Do yourself a favor and Skip this place. Really disappointing experience.
