A nice coffee shop with a great selection of pastries and other breakfast items. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We need one in Dallas!

Just go. Fast, real coffee, roasted by the same people that own the cafe, they know what they're doing. If you're a coffee snob, you'll be happy here. If you're not a coffee snob, you'll be happy here. They also have drive though!

This may have been my favorite coffee shop experience I've ever had. Not only was the coffee delicious, but the owners were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We purchased a few bags of beans and for each one they offered a complimentary drink. We chatted with the owners for a few minutes, and they brought out a few of their South African Crunchies for us to try. You must try one- they are phenomenal. We talked to one of the owners for about 15 minutes afterwards about their story with Gas Coffee, and the whole time we felt so appreciated. We live 2 hours away and have already made plans to come back just to visit!

Delicious drinks and food! Great environment! One of the greatest service experiences we have had at a coffee shop - owners and staff are extremely knowledgeable on the finer aspects of coffee and could not be any nicer to chat with!!

Their dirty chai was really good but super over priced. Why was a 12 Oz coffee, 9 bucks?

Ever since I discovered what truly great coffee tastes like and ditched Starbucks—the fast food of the coffee world—I've sampled every local shop around. Gas Coffee Co. in Coppell, TX stands out as the absolute best! Phenomenal service, superb in-house roasted brews, fresh pastries, and handy drive-thru. 5 stars!

Average. Ordered a Macchiato, but got a Latte. The taste was okay. It wasn’t anything out of the ordinary. The quiche Lorraine was better than the quiche Florentine. The almond croissant was dry, but the chocolate croissant was good. Staff was friendly. Like one of the other reviewers said, pretty overpriced for what I got.

10/4/25 (in response to Mike’s reply): Hi Mike, not sure if you’re calling me a “coffee snob” with that response. I will tell you, I know good coffee when I taste it, and if that makes me a coffee snob, then so be it. I know the difference between a Macchiato and a Latte without the help of AI so not sure what you’re talking about with that statement. Maybe you should educate your baristas on the difference as well, with or without the help of AI. Either way, I will not be coming back to your establishment. But I do wish you all the best as well! ✌️

I love a good family-owned small business. This little coffee shop is fantastic, and offers a drive-thru as well as dine-in option. Coffee is great, service is fantastic (owner, his wife, family, and coworkers frequently stop by my table and ask if they can get me anything, bus the table and remove finished items). This is one of my favorite places to study early in the mornings. It can get quite busy on weekends by 11am-noon, so you may need headphones depending on how you work.

Big fan of this business. I see the owner and family having conversations with regular customers frequently. You can see the connections and relationships they build. This is what small business is about: building and strengthening the community. Highly recommend.
