We moved to Coppell a year ago and came here twice a week religiously! I was racking up points, taking receipt surveys and enjoying it. I had a few occurrences where the manager here was completely rude for absolutely no reason. I was taken back a few times by her. Having worked in food service, I know how hard it can be…so we gave Hat Creek another shot a month ago & she (the manager) was incredibly rude again. Not sure what I did to her but no worries, we will not be back! Yikes

Burgers were really juicy and tasty. I hoped a little better on the fries, but they were basically shoestring fries like what you get from Whatburger.

We just finished having our first ever meal at Hat Creek and we are so impressed and delighted. The food was delicious, undeniably real, and my husband continues to say “the food was SURPRISINGLY good”. We are even considering doing our child’s first birthday here. The kids menu feels a little pricy but they have great options with very kid friendly sides. They have a separate room (almost like a party room but it’s clearly just closed in for the winter months and will be open in the summer) that connects to the outside where they have a perfect little playground. Inside this separate room there is a handwashing station complete with sink, paper towels, hand soap, and hand sanitizer. We feel like this is such a great kid friendly addition to the restaurant. The food was so good and the people there were incredibly pleasant. We will be going again when we’re in the area and we absolutely recommend it to everyone.

It was a good experience.

I get the paleo burger bowl or Keto bowl. A turkey patty with roast sweet potatoes and spinach and you can customize veggies, extra patty, condiments. They are extremely nice here.

Food is pretty decent. Kind of pricy for a burger but worth it for my kid to play on their playground which is kept up fairly nice and seems clean. Their chicken is pretty salty but that's most fast food chains. Their sweet potato fries are perfection though. Always love them here.

Staff are pretty friendly! Everyone seemed nice. Overall good experience!

We went about 7 on a Saturday night. The burger was just OK. Mine looked like it was in pieces rather then a whole party. Not much flavor. I bum was burned, well charred. The fries were OK but seriously overpriced. The pickles on the burger were so good.
I can see this place being a good match if you have small children. They have a coverd outside area and a playground.

Filthy, rancid grease on grill! Totally disgusting!! 3pm on Monday afternoon and I ordered a grilled cheese. It stunk so bad right out of the wrapper. Gave it a shot and took a bite. Pure grossness!!
There is no way that grill could get that rancid and disgusting from the lunch burgers service only. That grill should be completely and thoroughly cleaned at closing and again after lunch. Period!! This was my second time here and the first was a busy Sunday lunch. Maybe the grill was rancid that day as well because we weren't impressed by the burgers or fries. It was okay, but nothing great. Now I realize maybe that's why. Nasty old, rancid grease on the grill and probably old grease in the fryer. The saddest part was the grilled cheese was toasted to perfection and their cheese is better quality than most. Had the grill been clean, I'd left a rave review for the grilled cheese. Instead I have to warn you, you're probably eating rancid filth.

Very bad burger. Tasted too sweet and had the consistency of school cafeteria. The fries were unevenly seasoned as well. Didn't realize this was a fast food place with a drive-thru and assumed it was a better restaurant.

Too expensive, just include price of drink and fries together on menu. 15$ for a burger drink and fries really??? Food is ok but not worth 15$
