I really enjoy Hemingway Brunch. It is always clean and the staff is spot on every time. The only issue I have and did not give 5 stars on the food is because I always get Eggs Benedict and several times the eggs have been overcooked. But other than that, perfect. My son gets the kids pancake and I admit, they have a great recipe.

I had to leave an immediate review because we had such a great experience here! It had an elegant atmosphere but still very kid friendly. Our server Chris was very friendly and attentive. He gave our kids little “whipped cream surprises” and didn’t seem offended by the mess made by our baby boy. And the food… absolutely delicious! We’ve tried several breakfast/brunch places in the area and this one had the best food AND the best price. Also accommodating to my GF needs. Don’t skip this place!!

After reading the negative reviews, I was having second thoughts, but decided to try it anyway. Very pleasantly surprised! Came for breakfast with my son on a Monday morning just before 10am. Was greeted promptly and directed to a table. Vanessa, our server, was very attentive, coming by several times to see if we needed anything, and offering refills on coffee and water. Biscuits were absolutely heavenly. I offered one of mine to my son, and his eyes rolled back in his head with enjoyment. ? Coffee was very good. My Denver omelet and potatoes were ok, and my son was pleased with his salmon benny and pancakes. Delightful atmosphere, clean and bright, and a decent number of diners for company. Definitely worth trying---don't pass up those biscuits! Big shout-out to Vanessa for her wonderful service. ❤️

Wifey & I visited for breakfast after date night.Not impressive unless you'd like to be impressed with how long we waited to be served a meal that was lackluster, at best. There was a 25-30 min wait; it was a full house (place isn't small) and mid-morning on Sunday.We both had sausage/poached eggs/biscuits with gravy. I had the grits, and she had the potatoes. We each got one egg well poached and one medium; we didn't specify and weren't asked (pretty sure poached eggs are supposed to be medium). The gravy was tasteless and not warm. The hottest item in the meal was the sausage. The biscuits were from a mix and pretty unimpressive - they were heavy and pasty. The sausage was decent but clearly pre-packaged/ mass-produced patties. Her potatoes were bland and not warm. My grits were basically grainy water.We did not send the food back for multiple reasons - they were clearly busy, they clearly don't have an expo checking this type of thing at the window, and you never know what you're gonna get on the second go around.Service was fair. Our waiter was an odd duck - he had a certain shtick that might resonate with some, but not with us. He was polite and attentive.The restaurant is your typical diner type of open floor plan with a bar and kitchen service through a window behind the bar. Waiting area is small. Place was clean. Didn't use the bathrooms.All the reviews wifey read were shining, so we were pretty disappointed.We may have caught them during a bad time, or personnel challenges, but neither seems a reason to try again later. There are too many other places to try to waste time on second chances when it comes to restaurants. Management should constantly monitor and take responsibility for quality in all aspects when there are shortfalls. That was not happening today. No one presented themselves as a manager during our meal and asked for feedback.I am not pretentious; this is just my honest review for the one moment in time I spent there. Clearly others have had different experiences - some return frequently, others never go back. I'm with the latter group.Parking: It's in a strip center. If you cannot find parking, you're either too picky or shouldn't be there.Kid-friendliness: There were plenty of kids there. If you don't like screaming babies, you're rolling the dice...
