Unfortunately, I have to change my review from 5 to 1 star. My experience has always been great with a friendly and professional person who used to always pick up the phone. Today, however, I called to place my usual order and a different man with an accent picked up. I asked for spaghetti marinara (that usually comes with side salad and bread sticks) with 2 side salads instead of bread sticks. They used to accommodate my request before, but today this new man said no. When I told him they usually accommodate it, he said “I can put in one box for you”. I said how can you put 2 side salads in one small box that it usually comes with, are you gonna give me a bigger box? He said no. Then I asked him what he meant and he replied “Let’s not make it complicated, I do for you one salad and one set of breadsticks”, thereby not only degrading me but also trying to cheat me because he thought that I don’t know that it comes with BOTH the salad and bread. So I told him “What do you mean you do for me one salad and one set of breadsticks - it ALREADY comes with one salad and one set of breadsticks!” He proceeded saying non sense, so I just hanged up. I despise when businesses think that customers are stupid and treat us like we know nothing! Won’t be coming back to this place.

The food was good but the guy was very rude. Not sure if he’s impatient or generally the service is bad but he was very rude and made our visit very pleasant. Totally not worth going just cause of the experience. The pizza was good ok though. I went around 8PM today.

I've been ordering from this place for a few months now and have never been disappointed. Their supreme pizza is loaded with the goods! It puts Pizza Hut 's supreme to shame (serious). Those few negative reviewers probably just had a bad hair day and wanted to rage against someone. I've not tried the pizza styles I'm unfamiliar with. Are they Indian or Sri Lankan? I might journey outside my bounds one day and try one. With the quality of the food so far, I'm sure I won't be disappointed. The only time anything was off, I like thin crust, and got hand tossed delivered. No real issue, as it was just as delicious.

Don't sleep on Italian Express. I got an extra-large Meat Lovers pizza and their Pizza Bianco. The XL is huge--for a family of 5ish. The pizza was fresh out of the oven when I arrived at my scheduled pizza time, they did not skimp on the meats, nor the cheese on either pizza. For the Pizza Bianco, I ordered the thin crust, and it could be crunchier in the center, but because they don't skimp on cheese, it got just a little bit soft in the middle on the drive home.
