Monday: food was okay nothing to brag about maybe because it was Monday. What really was a disappointment was some regular customers (female) got out of line with vulgarity yelling at spouses and little drunk but no one did a thing. If a man did that... gone. So I will not revisit. 2cents

Ordered brisket nachos and they forgot to put the cheese in my bag which messed up my experience for the first time.. Management corrected the problem by crediting the amount to my card. ...nice atmosphere

Great local place in lovely Coppell, fun pregame for CHS games. Friendly staff. Everyone knows your name and they are quick with a smile.

Ordered Grilled cheese sandwich with beef. The order arrived at table with no meat. Waiter delivered correct sandwich but paper, yes paper was grilled with the sandwich. I have a stomach ache as I’m adding my comments. Gosh I hope I don’t feel worse during the night. We are very disappointed with J Macklin and won’t return. We’ve noticed a down turn in our in person meals since after 2020. Small amounts of food, Luke warm, but cost doesn’t get smaller.

Ashley was our server and was so helpful in picking our items! She was fun, friendly and attentive. The custom cocktails were well balanced and the grilled chees and the fench dip were both decadent and rich. And that brownie!!

Loved our experience here!!! Food was delicious and came out prompt. Our server was friendly and attentive and the fabulous manager came over to visit with us as well!! This is a great place for a family dinner or drinks with friends!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The service was excellent, but I was disappointed with the food. The vegetables were undercooked, and the salad tasted sour, so I wasn’t able to enjoy my meal.

My bf and I got the goat cheese salad to share and also both got the fish and chips..everything was so good!!! The batter on the fish was so light and crispy my bf loved it and wanted me to say it was PERFECTIONNNNN. Recommend this place for sure
