The two guys were really nice! They actually welcomed me when I walked in, pointed me to the sandwich I had ordered 10 minutes ago waiting for me to be consumed and then I open the most glorious sandwich pouch I've ever had... It reminds me of the first time I was hooked on Jimmy John's. I'm not sure five stars is enough!

The owners of this location are absolutely spectacular. Not only do they support their local community, schools, and teachers out of their own pockets, but the customer service is top notch.You may just think "it's a sandwich" but if you can buy anything there and know that the the owners are always there to take care of you, the sandwich tastes THAT much better!

I come here often and the customer service is always awesome. The folks here serve with a smile. Too bad the system doesn’t allow to tip them. Sandwiches are fresh and so are the toppings.
I order from here very often because I was told by an associate at work that it's good and convenient....and it is! It's down the street from my job and they deliver quickly.

We usually love Jimmy John's. We ordered and apparently went to the wrong house. We have a Ring and there was no delivery. We called to rectify the problem, and they sent out the order again. My daughter was waiting outside and had to flag the girl deliver driver down because she was once again going to the wrong house. When I called, I was argued with by workers and the manager, and the delivery driver was raising her voice denying it all in the background. They said they would cancel the $50 order. We will see! So disappointed!
