We have been members for a few years and continue due to Chris’s excellent customer service. We will only go there when she is there from now on
Members should be able to get a free glass of wine at least once a month. Other wineries offer every time they visit … within reason

I LOVE this place and it’s mostly because Miss CHRIS MAYHAN takes care of us!! She is absolutely hands down the most sweetest, loving, outgoing, energetic person I have ever met!! I will keep coming here because of her! THANK YOU CHRIS!! WE LOVE YOU!!

Wonderful service and atmosphere.

Service needs a serious upgrade! I have been visiting for years in small groups and the service has been ok.. BUT the wine is great. I decided to host a wine night with about 20 friends. 3 weeks prior to the event, I came in person and made a reservation with David (manager) and I called 3 days before to confirm… Upon arrival, I was told they didn’t have my reservation. But they had enough seating so I asked if they could put tables together for our group…. & they literally told me to “do it myself.” The staff has always been ok, but after yesterday I’ve realized they simply don’t care about reservations, planning or guests time. No apology for not having our reservation, & not willing to help fix the issue. I frequent this area a lot and I’m very disappointed with the service at Landon!

This was a great first time experience largely due to Patty's pleasant and personable personality and interaction with me and my friend. She was above and beyond awesome. I would revisit anytime that she's there. The wine tasting was excellent as well as the flat bread. After Patty's shift was up, the two younger ladies checked on us a couple of times. But the red headed older lady pleasantly greeted white customers that were there and that were coming in. She never once acknowledged, greeted us, asked if we were good or needed anything. This definitely made me feel some kind of way. When you work at a public establishment, you sign up to provide good customer service to ALL customers. Something clearly she didn't care to extend across the board.

This is a nice cozy spot. From the front it doesn’t look big but once inside you can see how big it is. They have a back space that’s inside good for maybe a small gathering. They have outside seating. There are two air conditioned bathrooms outside, single stalls. You can sign up for the wine club or not. They have wine tasting starting at $20, $25 and up will get you a logo glass. They also offer some great wines. They do offer some food. Good options. On google it says they open at 12 but it’s open at 11. Dogs are welcomed in the front and can sit outside the patio. Nyla is super kind and helpful.

Only reason 4 vs 5 star is bathrooms are outside but everything else was excellent!

Everyone here was lovely and attentive. I enjoyed my wine flight and the charcuterie board. I will definitely be returning.

If you need a place to watch your toddler play in the water while you and your husband enjoy a glass of wine on an evening when you just need to get out of the house, then this is your place. If you need a classy date night or friend catchup time, this is your place. If you want to read a book alone, this is your place. Very versatile with a good selection of drinks and pretty good charcuterie.

Great atmosphere, super friendly and helpful waitstaff, clean and comfortable to chat and enjoy a drink, there is a nice menu if you're hungry or in a mood to snack, and the hours make it easy to fit into the schedule after work or on the weekend.

Even though understaffed for our large group, Patty did a fabulous job taking orders, giving tastings, taking pictures, etc.!

Been an on and off regular for about 10 years in their McKinney location. Since they opened in Coppell, I became a wine club member and visit every couple of months for their wine club tastings. They have a good assortment of Chartcuterie boards, Flatbread or lava cake to accompany your wine. Top of the line wines, friendly and attentive staff, and a relaxing atmosphere make this the perfect spot to enjoy a glass or two of wine.
