They NEVER have hot n ready pizza available. Literally never.
I was very excited to get a Little Ceasars back in Coppell, TX. Used to have one, it closed years ago. After ordering several times I am no longer excited. The first order was ICB, I did not check it so when I got it home I found it was lacking in both shake and the garlic butter. It was dry with no seasoning. The second order was ICB & a thin crust pepperoni. Same with the ICB, little shake and little garlic butter. I almost had to pay extra to get it the way it is normally served.
Since then, I have ordered 5 or 6 times, usually ICB, pepperoni puffs and thin pepperoni. The pizza is usually fine, the puffs also, but the ICB is always a disaster. The last order was a few days ago. I ordered the new Detroit Style Slices & Sticks. We ordered 2, they were burnt, black on the sides, were dry with no garlic butter on the sticks, should have expected that. I am so disappointed I cannot tell you. I love LS, but the one in Coppell is the bottom of the barrel.
Went back on Friday Feb. 6, got a thin pepperoni (very good), crazy bread (very good) and the slices and sticks, BURNT AND DRY AGAIN.

Awesome and consistent service. Eat here weekly and food is always fresh. My visit today i ordered and left to go get gas and got a flat. I returned an hour later to get my order and the manager offered to make my order fresh all over again.

I’ve given this Little Caesars two chances since moving to the area, and both visits were unacceptable.
First visit: three of the four cheesy jalapeño sauces I purchased had visible mold. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned.
Second visit (same order as before: cheese/pepperoni pizza, extra sauce, well done): I placed my order in-store and was told 15 minutes. Instead, I waited a full hour. After 40 minutes, the manager admitted he forgot my order and had only made one pizza. When I reminded him, he questioned me until I went to my car, retrieved my receipt, and proved I had ordered two pizzas. Only then did he finish the second pizza, which took another 20 minutes.
The worst part? After all that waiting, my order was still incorrect. Both pizzas came out as plain cheese and pepperoni with no extra sauce at all, exactly as if they had just pulled ready-made pizzas instead of preparing them as ordered. When I asked for replacement sauces due to the prior mold issue, the manager was dismissive, visibly annoyed, and scoffed “just take them.”
The store itself was clean, but management is disorganized and customer service is terrible. Staff yelled and cursed at each other in front of customers during my wait, making the environment even more unprofessional.
Bottom line: this location consistently fails on food quality, order accuracy, and basic customer service. Expect long waits, wrong orders, and poor management if you come here.

This location needs serious leadership changes. I gave them another chance after a bad first visit, but it was the same story — no pizzas in the “hot and ready” boxes, employees in the back on their phones, and zero urgency. When I asked about pizzas being ready, I was treated like I was clueless for even asking.
A restaurant that advertises “ready to go” should actually have food ready. At this point, I’d rather pay extra at Pizza Hut than waste my time here.

Food is good when it's actually made right. Last time I ordered their limited time SPICY pizza which comes with pepperoni and jalapenos. They forgot the jalapenos!!!! How stupid. Today i ordered online 2 and a half hours early and before I got out of my car i checked the order and it hadn't even been made yet!! Had to sit and wait while they were busy sooo ordering online is pointless. I'm fed up, the employees need to learn to read.

Not a single pizza ready in the entire place. The person in front of me took the only 2 ready. The literal concept of this place is hot and ready but the employees are making pizzas as they are ordered. Ridiculous.

This restaurant don't put the standard amount of pizza sauce on pizza you barely taste and pizza sauce on pizza
This is now my number 1 Little Caesars Pizza. Nancy and Abraham has great customer service. They will go out of there was to make things right. After receiving my replacement order Nancy called me to make sure everything was ok with my order. Great customer service. Showing me that she really cares for her customers and the quality of the food she serves to her customers. Thank you so much.

I bought 10 pizzas for my staff yesterday, and they were a hit—everyone had great things to say! While picking up my order, I noticed another customer also picking up a large order. Despite the busy time, the customer service was excellent. Nancy, in particular, stood out with her outstanding customer service skills and incredible patience. She made the experience smooth and pleasant for both of us. Kudos to Nancy and the team for handling everything so well!
