The customer service at this location is consistently disappointing. My husband and son visit every Friday because my son enjoys the flavors, but my husband has mentioned several times how poor the service is. He said the young lady working there often ignores customers, staying on her phone or making waffle cones even when no one else is in line.
At first, I didn’t believe him—so I decided to see for myself. Unfortunately, he was right. We walked in and waited nearly five minutes before she finally put down her phone and helped us. I’m not sure if there’s some kind of requirement for how many cones need to be made, but that shouldn’t come at the expense of customer service.
We’ve since convinced our son to try another ice cream shop. For the prices they charge, this location should hire staff who actually care about their customers and want to be there. We talked to our son about the importance of good customer service, and when we visited a new shop, he immediately noticed how much better the experience felt.

The service here was incredible. The workers are really nice and let you take your time with your order and the ice cream is so fresh and really rich

A nice spot for ice cream with a variety of flavors to choose from. They also offer ice cream cakes.

Expensive but best ice cream ever

Cute little ice cream shop in Coppell, TX. Marble Slab Creamery offers a variety of flavors and options. They also have to-go pints and a huge amount of toppings. They have two tables outside with umbrellas if you want to step outside. Not a big place inside, but they have a few round tables. I recommend their ice cream, it is delicious, creamy and velvety. A must try if you're in the area!

Love the flavor choices. I get a shake a Amaretto and Coffee. I add my own protein or creatine..... they're quick and polite.

I can't get marshmallows and Gummi bears in my ice cream anywhere else so this is the best by default

Worst ice cream and customer service

Marble slab creamery provides the best ice cream around. They customize it to your liking with number of scoops, toppings and if you want your ice cream in a cup or cone( which has many varieties).
They also keep in stock ice cream cakes, which are delicious. They also store indian flavors which I was told could also be ordered in advance by a customer for a specific quantity.

They have rotating seasonal flavors and always are willing to let me try and taste a few flavors before I decide. Customer service is great always and I highly recommemed everyone to try this spot.
