The manager, “Ana” was taking my order in the drive through. She was extremely rude and impatient. I tried to explain my confusion at the window and she just took my payment and handed me my receipt. She never paused taking orders to hear me or acknowledge me at all. Then they still made me pull up and wait for my order and it was just $5 bags. I go here often and I’m tired of the rudeness every other time.

Came in this morning ordered a hash brown only that’s all I wanted and they basically squeezed it and gave it to me in my bag. Maybe I didn’t spend enough so they trashed my food. Never coming to this location again very disrespectful. Sad that they have to stoop to that level But what do you get you working at McDonald’s?

The girls are not friendly with customers and if you don't speak English they make a face at you and throw things at you and don't say thank you at all. I thought it was because of the day that had been exhausting but no, the times I've come it's the same. I think they have to change the staff

Food always tastes worse than any other McDonald's as is it has been sitting under lights forever. There frozen machine is broken 9'tikes out of 10. Not sure why this franchise is so much worse than other locations.
