Rude staff. Bad service. Wasted half my lunch break waiting for them to finish cooking when I ordered drive-thru.
If your food item isn't ready, tell your customer, so they can order something else instead.

I had a frustrating experience at this McDonald’s due to repeated order errors and poor communication. I initially ordered a drink with oat milk. I was told they didn’t have oat milk, so I clearly asked for it to be removed and said I’d take regular milk instead. I was told that was fine.
I then ordered 6 cookies and a small fry. At the pickup window, the order was read back incorrectly (mentioning items I never ordered). I corrected it again. Despite this, I was given fries, drinks, and an additional bag containing oatmeal I had already asked to be removed. I was told to park and wait for cookies.
When I checked the bag and saw the oatmeal, I went back to the window and was told that it had been read back to me earlier, which wasn’t accurate. I was never given a receipt, and I had already corrected the order multiple times.
At that point, rather than making a scene, I chose to leave. The situation could have been handled much more professionally with clearer communication and attention to the customer’s corrections.

The manager of this location should try offering more hours to have more employees working nights; it's clear that the demand is higher than the number of employees they are currently employing. Take to long time to go drive-thru.
Furthermore, they don't have what's available in the app; there's a lack of work between the system and what they can actually sell at that location.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel like I have to speak up about what happened. One of the male servers treated me in a way that was flat-out racist. He was rude, dismissive, and ignored me while serving others who came in after me. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a place that’s supposed to serve everyone equally.
What made it worse is that this same employee seemed to go out of his way to impress his manager—constantly doing extra tasks even when the place was empty. It felt less like dedication and more like he was trying to prove something or show off, all while treating me like I didn’t belong.
No one should have to experience that. I hope the management takes this seriously and addresses it, because this kind of behavior is not okay.

Good cashiers, but I saw a lady sneeze into her hand and then continue to restock the drink lids and napkins.

This McDonald’s is a masterclass in incompetence. I ordered a triple quarter pounder and somehow ended up with a lonely little plain burger — maybe they think “triple” means “subtract two”? The drive-thru is basically a “drive-wrong,” because I had to park, go inside, and babysit my own order just to get what I paid for. Almost every visit is the same circus. At this point, I don’t know if it’s a language barrier or just a complete lack of caring, but either way customers are the ones getting ripped off. If you enjoy disappointment, this is the spot for you.

Outstanding and engaged young man at the counter. He earned this location a five-star review alone! Typical McDonalds food, but high marks on getting us really fresh and hot fries. Only downside was our visit was early evening and traffic was horrendous due to rush hour and the commuter trains shutting down the intersection. It took a long time to go back the way we had come.

It’s pretty amazing with all the automation and button pushing that this location manages to ruin my order almost every time. Find hairs inside the burgers, pickles in the fries, and the way they charge me “#1 meal with a Coke” and then they charge me a single entree and a drink separate and then try to charge me $4 for the fries that should’ve all come together. Anyways, this location is terrible

Ordered some fries and there was a dead insect at the bottom of the carton.
They gave me the wrong item, charged me more and when I called to resolve it they cut me off without resolving it. Bad customer service.

Ordered a spicy Sausage McMuffin with cheese and egg, got one with none spicy. Also mentioned no ice and got my drink with ice.
I don’t think the lady at the drive through speaker understands English. There are usually two different ladies, one the black lady who is usually excellent and efficient, the other one is the Spanish lady and she does not speak too good English and does not understand people’s order.
