5 stars for being so detailed, thorough, effective and timely communication, and baking an amazing cake. I reached out to her for an EGGLESS cake and shared an idea I had in mind. She helped create a cake that was custom decorated to my Son's liking, with so many little details that kids noticed and wowed about!! Eggless cakes could be challenging, not just to bake and decorate but to have right amount of moisture/ flavor etc. This was one of BEST eggless cakes we have ever had-perfect texture, ganache, butter cream, right amount of sweetness!! She was very mindful to accommodate all of my requests, and helped me make this cake SUPER SPECIAL for my birthday boy!!!
