We've come here for many years, but no more. The restaurant is never clean, and the service is poor. The prices have become outrageous. Additionally, when ordering for delivery, they ask if you want to leave the driver 'a tip' but then they tell you how much it must be. That is not a tip, that is a service charge. The manager is rude and unhelpful. It's too bad that what was once a solid restaurant has now gone downhill so much and has become lousy. I would encourage all diners to stay away from Pan Acean and avoid the delivery mess as well.

Never, ever will we order from this place again. Placed an order for delivery, paid and waited over an hour. Called to check on order and she told me they didn't start delivery until 4 pm. My order was placed at 12:30. Ridiculous.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I stopped by during my lunch hour and was the only one dining in, but it’s clear that most of their business is takeout. Regardless, the quality of both the food and service was outstanding. I’d definitely recommend this place!

I have been here numerous of times. The food is damn good and so is the service. I love good food and good people. I always bring my coworkers who are visiting Dallas because they are consistent. They deserve 10 stars.

I ordered fried rice and some chicken satay. The fried rice was ok. The satay was straight up burned though. Not just a bit charred, but dry and burned. It was inedible. I'm surprised they let it leave the kitchen, but it was a pickup order so who's to know until you get home. Would not order here again.
