The last 3 times I've come to this location in last 3 months they are ALWAY confused and behind. The app says my pizza is ready but when I get there I wait another 30 minutes. They need some organization or a real manager to lead on duty!!!!

During my recent visit to papa John's, I experienced exceptionally poor service from the manager Whitney on duty. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the manager was dismissive and unhelpful, showing little regard for customer satisfaction. Their lack of communication skills, combined with an unwillingness to resolve a simple issue, left me feeling frustrated and undervalued. Such behavior from a leadership role sets a negative tone for the entire team and diminishes the quality of service expected from an establishment of this caliber.

I used to love this Papa John’s. Up until today, when I received notification that my order was ready. 45 minutes later when I arrived at the location, my order could not be found. I waited another 30 minutes only to be told that my order had been given to somebody else. The person who gave it to the other person did not care about it. I asked what would be done in order to make things right, and was greeted that I could get a Coke. I requested my money back, and of course, was given notice that electronic payment could not be refunded right away due to electronic systems needing to power off in order to refund payment. I will not be going back to this Papa John’s. They have lost all business from me. What a shame. Terrible service and terrible employees. Customer service is a thing of the past.

Had ordered delivered, spent over $ 80.00, ordered individual pizzas. Onions that were not supposed to be on pizza, covered top and under cheese, also we ordered with Canadian bacon, but there was no Canadian bacon. Manager offered to replace the order, but it’s late, it would be past bedtime when it arrived. Will never order from this establishment again.

From the minute i walked in i was greeted with disgust. First he didnt like my parking im the lot and then he didnt even want to sell me a pizza. I asked for the GM and he said he was the manager… he told me his name was Freddie.. asked about a 2 for $20 offer he said he knew nothing about it.. i told him that was a standard offer when i worked at papa johns many years ago walked out. This place has gone down the tubes. They are more concerned with what’s going on in the parking lot than serving customers or selling pizza…

Unbelievable. Two medium pizzas and cheese bread for $40 and then an additional $12 for delivery via DoorDash, as the online system wouldn’t allow me to choose regular delivery. 30 minutes late, no marinara for the cheese bread, the pizza were barely cut, and the garlic sauce was more like butter with zero garlic. Not sure what’s happening with the company and this specific location, but for that cost and lack of quality, it’s not worth it.

THE MOST DISGUSTING PIZZA I EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE PIZZA WAS STILL DOUGHY CHEESE SLIDING OFF NEVER EAT HERE…..RUN FAST AS YOU CAN.

Literally fire everyone here. They were yelling and arguing in the back while 3 customers including me waited for their pizza. Very rude, unprofessional, lazy, people. Everyone there threw a fit about having to do their jobs. Would drive 30 minutes away before coming to this location again.
