Paradise Biryani Pointe

Biryani was plain colored rice, very very mild flavor. Its self serve on a different level. Prices are normal that any restaurant with table service would have. But you need collect your food, collect your plate and spoons and then have water by yourself. Why would anyone go here unless the prices are competitive. With such prices i would prefer to go a place where table service is provided. I dont know what mindset this restaurant is running through and how it has high reviews. But i dont think this is a good place. We are a foodie family and dont easily rate down any place. But this self serve is just too much abnormal for a Indian restaurant.

I ordered their chicken dum biryani - medium spice. I would say do give it a shot, at times where the OG spots are slightly flying under the radar, this biryani brings a bit of freshness into the market.

Tastewise it was a 3.5-4, I felt like I should have ordered the spicy one to add more flavor. The rice is well cooked, the flavor profile is good and they were generous with the quantity so no issues there as well. Overall must try.

I went to this restaurant today 05/04 because it was closer to my residence and I have to tell you that I was so dissapointed with the taste of the food, service and ambience- the restaurant is not at all clean and sanitized. The food was not as expected, I was hungry and since I ordered guti vankaya pulao I had to fill my stomach and the guy who working there Krishna was kind enough but I got offended that I was speaking in Telugu and he kept on speaking in broken English.very disrespectful to our mother tongue and state language. Why do we come to our Indian restaurants - to feel that warmth and what we are missing? Owners plz clean up and enhance the taste. Not going to recommend nor I will ever visit paradise Irving location.

tried the biryani, but it was quite underwhelming. The rice was dry and chewy, and the chicken didn’t have much flavor. It didn’t feel like an biryani—more like plain basmati rice with a small amount of chicken masala. Overall, it lacked the taste and texture I was hoping for

We ordered 1 biriyani, it is not even enough for 1 person to eat.It is really cheating as we paid 25 dollars for one biriyani. I won't recommend this place for anyone and even I will not order anything from there again.

We had dinner. I liked their masala dosa, vada, samosa, and the peanut chutney and sambar on the side were good. This is now my go-to place for dosa.

I m visiting Dallas from different state, I visited Paradise Biryani with family, we ordered vegetarian biryani, paneer biryani and couple other items, we reached the restaurant around 9:00 PM, we got fresh and delicious food, all the items we ordered were too good

Great Food and Service at Paradise Biryani

Visited Paradise Biryani with my family, and we had a fantastic experience. We ordered veg and paneer biryanis along with fried rice, and everything was delicious. The biryani had the perfect spice level, making it flavorful and enjoyable. The service was also excellent, with the staff being attentive and courteous. Highly recommend for anyone craving good biryani!

Went there for pick up of food on a Saturday. The restaurant was empty, the food quality was very bad. The chicken was probably sitting in refrigerator for a few days. Taste was ok, will not recommend.

The Taste is Average, and they are also scamming for the items, not delivered. I order Biriyani and Cheeku shake and Doubleka Meeta. The Biriyani was avg and Doubleka meeta was not good. Also they didnot deliver me the shake. When i called them and asked, they have not refunded the amount for the not delivered items. I suggest you not to order food from them as they try to scam.

We have only been for breakfast here when it was opened new. The food was fine. We haven’t tasted the Biryani, for which the shop is famous for, yet. The service was good. Lots of parking space.

Ordered their chicken fry piece pulav with the BoGo offer on uber eats. There were just 2 very very tiny pieces of chicken which I dug through boxes full of bland rice. It’s a scam in the name of bogo. Liked their food since the initial days but things seem to be going down hill. Very disappointed. Do not use their bogo offer on delivery apps.
