At around 11:05am on 9/6th, one of your employees dropped a piece of bread on the floor, picked it up and put it right back to the tray. It was truly disgusting. Don't they have no respect towards customers? Please discipline your employees better.

Coppell Texas location. The cream.of the cream. Relaxing. Soft isno classy (not classical) music and always newly imagined sweets that are not very sweet but buttery nutty surprises if new flavors. The American coffee is excellent. Very classy unobtrusive service before even being asked for. Returning over and over. The place for us for deserved rewards and a place to unwind.

If your product does not meet the quality or expectations promised, you have a responsibility to accept returns and address the issue promptly. but what you did for us, nothing. That will be the last product we buy from you....the bunny cake, worst of all. the worst customer care and service same as their product. they use all fake ingredients. just search about it.

My family and I decided to visit Paris Baguette for the first time after seeing it all over tiktok.
With all honesty, there are better alternatives.
My biggest issue here was that the pastries I selected did not taste fresh. One of the doughnuts was way too chewy almost tasted raw. The other one tasted like it had been sitting there for 3 days.
My stepdaughter had cake slices they were good.
My husband had some other pastries he enjoyed.
We spent around $40 with each of us getting 2 pastries.
The atmosphere and service are great I just think that for these prices, the quality needs some improvement.
Will try again and hope to have a better experience.
