We visited this cafe while on vacation in the area. I do not recommend this place. Really bad customer service and very basic, but very overpriced pastries. We didn't finish most of our items and they didn't give us our chai tea lattes.There was a huge wait for checkout while the cashier heated up two of our items and it was raining pretty badly, so when the cashier gave us the order, we thanked him, took it and left. We didn't realize until later that they hadn't given us our drinks.I went back the next morning and politely explained the situation to get the drinks they didn't give us, the rude owner tried to tell me off in front of the other customers and she said it was my fault for leaving the drinks... She was very condescending, argumentative and hostile. She refused to look up my order (even though she admitted that she could look it up) and she refused to give me my drinks that her cashier forgot to give me. To my knowledge no one even prepared the drinks when we ordered them, but regardless the owner was extremely rude and disrespectful. That is no way to treat a paying customer.I spent about $50 at this shop over two days, trying different items because it was very close to where we were staying and we wanted to give it a chance. This is not the way to handle paying customers, and I hope the owner never treats anyone else this way. I do not recommend this place. Definitely visit 85 Degree Bakery for better food, better service and better prices.To the owner, please educate yourself on proper customer service and learn to admit your staff's mistakes. After your behavior, I followed up with the corporate office for a refund and to discuss my complaint about how badly you treated me for absolutely no reason. This looks horrible for the Paris Baguette brand, and I'm still shocked at how you behaved.

We love the selection of food. Plenty of options for picky eaters and for those who want to eat healthier. The layout isn't the best as walking in there's a crowd of people waiting for a tray. But everything else makes up for it. Cute little spot for the family or girls brunch.Dietary restrictions: My kids are pretty picky but finding food for everyone is never a problem.

The food is fresh and delicious. I came here late one night on a date and have returned two more times for breakfast! So I can recommend it's a great place to visit day or night. They will heat up the breakfast sandwiches for you in the morning. They also have freshly squeezed orange juice. The cakes are GORGEOUS. I want to buy everything!

Tried to give this location a second try as the first time they made a drink for me it was horribly blended. Should’ve not come back. Ordered a sweet cream cold brew coffee drink from menu. Coffee tasted sour,I told workers and the response was that it’s cold brew. Coffee isn’t supposed to be sour. I then asked for another item that was matcha and she responded it’s matcha. Which I have had at other locations, as if the matcha drinks there aren’t sweet. I told her I’ve had it at other locations. I wonder if the employees know which drinks should be sweet or even how to make the drinks properly. At that point I just asked for my money back.
