My order was wrong, my delivery was handed to doorddash so my instructions were not followed, my order ended up being 2x what the menu price was due to a ridiculous 5$ delivery fee. I still tipped of course, but if you want your drivers to actually get paid you would have lowered that delivery fee by now. Food quality was atrocious and tasted cheap, never using pizza hut again. Dominos is better

I have ordered pizzas from this location on several occasions. This location is at least 3 miles away from my home even though there is a location that is less than a half a mile from my home, which I refuse to go to. I choose this location because of their professionalism, their kindness and their proficiency in the preparation of the pizzas that I have ordered. Each time the service and the food have been outstanding!
The place feels like it needs a deep cleaning. You can see the entire kitchen from the waiting area and it looks and feels gross.
I placed an order through the app. The pizza was wrong, and the guy was busy talking on his phone the entire time. Less talking on the phone, more paying attention to the pizza that you're making.

I got a lunch combo here, mini pan pizza with boneless chicken and I can't complain. Pizza and chicken were hot and had good flavor. Might add in my lunch rotation.

We ordered a thin crust pizza with pepperoni, ham, & mushrooms, & asked for extra sauce. We put a note in the online order to put a little more sauce but not drown it. It was perfect! The breadsticks we ordered were crispy on the outside and soft inside. Delicious! We haven’t had Pizza Hut in ages and it was fantastic. The crust was perfect and it arrived hot and fresh to our hotel room.

Delivery lady knocks on door carrying my pizza on her shoulder, like you’d carry a laptop bag or a purse. Wow! Spend $53 for cold pizza all sifted to one side of the box because she carries it on its side, forgets my bottled water and is rude when I bring it to her attention?!!! Unbelievable! What happened to individuals who are humble and understanding when they bring you less than acceptable service? Ppl can be so rude! Take a look at this photo…stay away from Pizza Hut Coppell, TX
