Fast. Called in an order. Was ready when I arrived. They did a great job spreading the sauce and toppings. Tasty

Got a pizza for delivery and was absolutely shocked at the unprofessional and immature service. Delivery driver came to the door and delivered the pizza (I would like to add that the delivery driver was a grown middle aged woman— not a teenager). I didn’t include a tip because I was charged a delivery fee and obviously I would assume the delivery fee would go to the driver. The driver then came back to my door after delivering the pizza to “thank me for the tip”. Absolutely unacceptable.
I’m sorry I don’t have extra money to shell out a tip to the driver. Money has been especially tight as of recently and this was supposed to be a treat for my children. It is not my problem that your company is too cheap to give you the delivery fee and I’m frankly shocked at this behavior from a fully grown woman. Ridiculous. Pizza was cold, will not be ordering from this location ever again.

The responses evinced a bewildering combination of bureaucratic inertia, abject indifference, and a conspicuous lack of demonstrable competence in addressing a straightforward, albeit aggravating, fiscal malfeasance. Steer clear, unless you harbor a predilection for unwarranted expenditures and an unconscionable dearth of accountability.

I placed on order on 4/30/25 at 11:55am, was given 12:35pm as my ETA. It was a rainy day, so I was aware my order would probably be late. At 12:50pm I attempt to call this location and I'm placed on hold for over 20 minutes and no one ever picks up the phone. I get a text notification at 1:20pm that my order will be arriving by 1:50pm. My order arrives at 1:58pm. My order was cold and it was wrong. They wanted to offer me a $25 credit when I spent $38.94. Also, when the location called me to check on this issue they were quick to hang up before I could answer, so I had to call them back. Don't spend your money at this Pizza Hut location.

First time going to Pizza Hut in over 10 years. I ordered from them because my normal pizza place is temporarily closed. The pizza was burnt, and I ended up having to throw most of it in the trash. I will not be ordering from them again. What a waste of money.

Big hit or miss here. Sometimes the pizza is great. But there are times where it's wrong, the delivery is very late and the food is cold, or items are missing. Like cheese sticks for example. One time i got the pizza 40 minutes late, it was cold and squished. I was promised a refund but i never got it.
I would give this location zero stars if I could. I placed my delivery order at 4:59pmwith an estimated arrival of 5:29, but I didn’t receive it until an hour later. I called multiple times for updates, and after 5:35pm, I finally spoke with "Melly," who hung up on me. The manager also hung up during a call. To top it off, the food was cold. I do not recommend this location for delivery.

Pizza was promised at 7:55pm. We did not receive the delivery until 8:35pm. And the pizza we ordered was wrong.
Zero stars. Store closes at 11pm on Thursdays. I called at 10:05pm to ask what was the latest to place an order. I asked specifically if I could place an order at 10:45pm, the person who answered the phone said yes. I placed the order online at 10:44pm, 2-pizzas and 1-order of wings. I get a call at 10:49, saying they have an issue, and that they already shut down the fryer and can’t make wings. If you’re still taking orders, then why shut down the mechanics needed to make the orders? Pitiful.

The manager Robert is a good person. Quite professional.
I had an issue woth an offer in my hut rewards app. Although it was out of his reach, he offered to help and compensatee me with a pizza.
This location is a good one otherwise as well. The pizza is ready pretty quick. I've been ordering from there for a couple of years now. There is a homely vibe in this area and this location.

These goofy mf that work there are rude discrimination is apparent o. Their faces lock the door behind me and when I went to tell them my food was incorrect refused to open the door kind you it’s 9:20 at night and they don’t close til 10 then I called several time got hung up on…. Yea they are disgusting and will not support or order from them again. Worst experience ever with this place.

I will never purchase another order from this Pizza Hut location. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering a pizza. I placed an order online at 9:13p and received a confirmation email that the order would be delivered between 35-45 mins with an ETA of 9:50p. When placing the order, I provided instructions for the delivery driver to park in the back of the complex and call so I can come downstairs and grab the food. There’s a temporary parking zone behind my complex that I use for all delivery orders. At 10:06p my order hadn’t arrived and I didn’t receive a call, so I called the Pizza Hut location directly. While navigating through the Pizza Hut phone system I selected option #2 (check for status of delivery). The automated system said my order was delivered, so I opened my apartment door and checked, even though I provided specific delivery instructions. There was no food at my door so I remained on the line. After waiting on hold for a few minutes, I finally got a person on the line. I tried to request an update on the order and I was immediately placed on hold. The lady didn’t ask for any details associated with my order before placing me on hold. I was then placed on hold for so long that I hung up and called back. When I called back, the same lady answered the phone and immediately placed me on hold again. I waited on hold for a few more minutes and finally got the lady back on the phone. She told me that there are no delivery drivers available at this time, one hour after I’ve already placed my order online. Nobody from this location notified me and I only found out that there were no delivery drivers because I called to check the status. The lady informed me that they are looking for a Door Dasher to deliver the order, so I requested to speak to a supervisor. I was placed on hold again and a few minutes later I was told that the supervisor has left for the day and he won’t return until 10:30a the following day. The lady told me if I still wanted the order, it would take another 30 minutes for the pizza to be delivered which would’ve been 11p, but I place the order at 9:13p. I requested a refund and the lady tried to place me on hold again, but I asked her not to place me on hold. The entire time this lady didn’t ask any questions about my order to confirm who I was or what I ordered. I asked the lady to confirm the last four digits of the card she’s refunding and she said they cannot disclose that info although my card was already charged online. She then confirmed the card number and I asked for her name. She said her name was Diana and hung up the call before I could ask for her supervisor’s name. This specific Pizza Hut location is 5.2 miles away from where I live. I tried to order from the location on Royal Lane because it’s closer, but the website only allowed me to place an order at this location. Diana failed to provide solutions, no options were given and the overall service was terrible. I called the following day to speak with a supervisor and I was able to speak to Robert. I was told that the order was delivered by DoorDash but someone may have stole the order from my front door if the delivery driver didn’t knock. This is why I gave delivery instructions so I could personally come and grab the order from the driver. Robert confirmed that a refund was issued and suggested I call back if I do not see the refund in a few business days. This was a nightmare experience and I’m not sure if I ever will order a pizza from Pizza Hut again.
