SCAMMED ! I had placed an online order of 4 large pizza for my kids birthday party using Pizza Hut app. Immediately after I placed the order, I realized I have to change the pickup time. I had called the Pizza hut store, which was my pickup location and the store changed the pickup time. Now, to my surprise, when I was at store to pickup the pizzas, I was asked to pay $95 but the online order I placed was of total $51.92. After confronting the people in the store, they reduced the price to $65.99 which is still more than what I was supposed to pay.Since it was my kids birthday party and I had guests waiting, I had no choice than picking up those pizzas. But I felt I was Scammed by the store.

Food was delivered fresh, on time and everything taste delicious.I had a medium pizza, beef, onions, mushrooms, and green peppers. Thin crust cut into squares!Also got the buffalo chicken melt, not my favorite but I can still eat it. Maybe without onions next time.Lastly, y’all wrong for how good those NEW chocolate donuts are, they’re warm, crispy on the outside, soft and filled with warm chocolate inside. These with ice cream are amazing!Thanks for solving my craving!

Got a pan pizza delivered from this location and received what looked like a hand tossed. Literally took the whole pizza back the next day and asked what it looked like. The manager said it looked like something went wrong and offered to make me a new one. Well, my cheat day was over so I said no and got credits instead. I call to use my credits a few months later and get a phone rep who can’t access the credits, but offers to transfer me to the store so they can see them. No one answers. After calling the store 4 times, I drive over and place an order for pick up. They couldn’t find the credits in the system. Big surprise. I complained and got half of my credit. Over it.
This is a good pizza hut location. I always enjoy my meal, and their drivers are easy to communicate with and follow instructions well.

Most disrespectful staff... Order was wrong they wouldn't give me to a manager instead they gave me a delivery driver to talk to AND HE WAS RUDE AND NONCHALANT! Messed my order up and told me that i gotta give the messed up order back and pickup my remade order when i ordered delivery. Their shift lead refused to get on the phone claiming she didn't speak English and I've been waiting OVER AN HOUR for my remade order when i was told it'd take 20 mins DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!

Horrible service. The phone goes unanswered or it hangs up on you. Store attendees dont speak Enlgish so we got no where. Ordered delivery and never got our pizza, the pizza was never returned to the store. Ibriam their door dasher was freaking rude! Never called to say my building couldn't be found.
