I recently stopped by for lunch with my family, and we were blown away by the flavors of the dishes. While the service was initially a little slow, as it took a bit of time to get seated, the rate at which the dishes came to our table made up for it. Dinner on a Tuesday around 6:00pm and there was no wait.

I ordered the Quartz Extra Spicy with Pork Chasu and my friend had the Quartz with the default chicken. If you love spicy like me, its easy to handle the heat here. We also ordered the Brussel Sprouts to share.

The ramen was delicious and filling. The broth isn't as heavy and rich as typical tonkotsu style but this was still nicely flavorful. The Brussels sprouts were delicious...

The broth was incredible, would be nice to cook or at the very least warm the tofu and mushrooms before adding them to the soup. The tofu was refrigerator cold and rather unpleasant, the broth is simply not hot enough to heat tofu all the way through. My first waitress was rude and unhelpful when asking about the different broth flavours. Not in a hurry to come back but has potential. Updated from previous review on 2026-01-12
